Manager's at this store need to be more customer friendly if they want to retain people.Doesn't take much as it would help your drive thru times as well.
My order takers name was Alexis The order was not that difficult, and I was only one car away from picking up my order, we had just had this Conversation, does this order come with sides she said yes one and I said OK I would like potato wedges, she said well sorry we don’t have potato wedges but we have french fries I said OK that will be fine, french fries then.. we finished placing the order I put forward, get my order And when I reach into the bag what do I have those nasty instant mashed potatoes, so I think that maybe they looked at the screen wrong or something for the ticket, but won’t be hold it is on my ticket and leg and thigh mashed potatoes, combo, when I tried to call, after several times I gave upYou can’t even get them on the phone, it is if she didn’t even care to place my order correctly
Great staff as usual. Drive through is always fast and food is always perfect!!
It was there worse thing I've had in a long time, burnt, 3 people working, front registers weren't working, and very slow but the worse was they burnt meal. Won't be back! Bad thing about it was out of all the places to go I picked KFC for the sandwich hmmmm
Received really good drive thru service the other day. The employee was really helpful in getting me just what I was looking for

EVERY SINGLE time I pull up to KFC on Stateline, I attempt to order 2 extra crispy chicken breast. We are ALWAYS told we don't have any. I can understand you not having any if the place is closing soon. (What time of the day do you have extra crispy chicken?) I am very mindful to NEVER go to any food establishment when it is near closing because I don't want any food that has been sitting under that lamp for hours. Last night it was 3 hours to closing and I asked for 2 extra crispy breast only to be told we ONLY HAVE DARK MEAT. I said " I don't mind waiting". I was told again, we have dark meat. How is it that a chicken establishment doesn't have what they advertise they sale???? Please know that I went home and fried my own chicken. I won't force you to take my money nor beg you. However, when COVID happened almost all the food establishments were dang near begging people to patronize their establishments so that you stayed in business. Go figure that.

This is KFC's idea of a 4 piece meal. Tiny pieces of overcooked chicken (the one on the upper right that looks like a chicken tender is actually a leg piece) and a bowl of gravy with a dollop of mashed potatoes. We received 2 of these meals and a chicken tender meal, and a famous bowl(with 6 'popcorn chicken' pieces barely the size of marbles and of similar texture), all of the same miniature size and poor quality. None of the requested sauce, napkins, side of potatoes were in our bags either. Worst KFC experience we have ever had.
