I like eating at Jimmy John's in Texarkana. However, two weeks running now on Saturday morning at approximately 11 am the door has been locked with employees inside. The hours stated on the web page say opening time is 10:30 am. First time this happened I was halfway back to the car before an employee unlocked the door. Today the door was locked and stayed that way. I left and I am pretty sure I won't be back. I will not beg to do business with a restaurant. You might get more customers if you unlock the door when you state you will.
I like stopping here for lunch every time I'm in Texarkana. They have friendly staff and the food is fresh and made quickly. On this visit the only issues I had was the tables needed to be wiped down and several lights were out.

Omg this place is a dream. Every time we go here the people are so nice and the food is even better. We hardly never have to wait long for our food and I'm always pleased with the country club sandwich. ?
