I was in town for work and thought I'd stop. The waitress had to ask me twice what I had to drink (Dr pepper). Then she proceeded to wander off. 10 min later she came to take my order. I asked again for my Dr pepper. She then went and took orders from 2 tables, went and punched them into the computer, then went to pour my Dr pepper. She took my order at that point. While waiting for my food I had finished my soda. It went empty another 10 minutes until she brought me someone else's food. I reminded her what I ordered while it took her 12 more minutes to refill my drink. Thankfully the hostess brought me my dinner because I didn't see my waitress again until I flagged her down for the check.The wings and burger were awesome. Service not so much.
Food is always great, maybe last time we just came after a bad rush but the bathrooms seemed neglected and needed attending
Not busy poor service and food not same as good prices are up as waitress tried to charge more & extra with out getting it after manager got involved
Hostess seated us and did not ask us about drinks or even tell us who our waitress was. We waited for about 30 minutes without any service and all of the waitresses ignored us, I will probably never go back to any hooters restaurants anymore because this seems to be the norm.
My waitress, Candace, was the best! Polite and attentive without error. Came back a few days later on the night shift and that waitress was a female dog!!!! She had extra lemon pepper put on my chicken. My blood pressure was definitely sky high when I left. There was a woman, manager ---I presume, who tried to rectify the issue, but I have a rule where I never, ever return food. Candace and the unknown manager rock! The dog should be on a leash out back!
Food was great, amazing service, they were just out of several different things.
Hooters girls are so beautiful and nice and fun they made me feel rigth at home
The Buffalo Shrimp are hella good,js ??? and yooo there's a certain waitress @ the Texarkana Hooters the last time we went,she may be mixed not sure but believe me when i say she's a definite B+ because she's Beautiful plus Bad af ?????? Remember to tip bros lol
the boneless wings were not good
