This dominos location hasn’t always been bad, and the staff is friendly, but some change must have happened in the past couple of months because the wait times here have gotten ridiculous. I have waited over an hour for orders multiple times when initially and repeatedly given short 10-20 minute wait times with no updates or info from the store.
After I paid for my pizza, I decided I wanted a drink and you would have thought I had ordered something crazy cause it took her forever to rung it up and then give me change back. Once I got home and tried the pizza, that was the nastiest pizza I have even eaten. I have always loved their pizza but the sauce was horrible.
Always good, love those hot wings and pasta You already know how great the pizzas are!! Hope you Enjoy your too!!
I am a small business owner…. And I may tell you… this team are working very hard to keep up with every order!!! THANK YOU BRANDON for all of your help…. Just remember people lots of businesses are short handed… so remember until your in their shoes,,,, don’t be upset if your order isn’t ready when you get there!!! They are doing their best!!! I do not recommend this location. No one answers the phone if there is an issue. My mom ordered a pizza, after 2 hours it never came and no one would answer the phone. We ordered a pizza over an hour ago and it hasn’t been made and no one will answer so we can check on it. We have heard from others the service is terrible here and I agree! Update- The guy that finally brought the pizza was apologetic which was nice. I completely understand it’s hard to find employees right now, but they should set the expected time longer and let you know before you order! And since the calls go yo a centralized location and not to this actual Dominoes, they aren’t getting many phone calls. It seems like they could at least answer when you are transferred to them and say we are running behind. Just a bit mor communication would go a long way!
45 minute wait between the tracker saying the pizza is done and getting a quality check and getting to the delivery part, which also took 20 minutes even though I live 3 minutes away.
Pizza was good but wings was the worst I have ever had. Your local gas station probably sells better wings than Dominos. Never getting wings from them anymore.
Pizza is made the way I requested it. Yummy
