The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. The chilaquiles were delicious and fresh. The sauces and salsas were fresh and authentically spicy! I would give another star if they served tortillas that were not from a bag, but at least they warm them up! Coffee, a no go, kinda neglected. But otherwise, I will be back for more breakfast!
I think they really try. The owner lady just isn't very nice. The daughter is however they say. She's asked twice was it for here or to go. I said both times to go. She gave it to me on an open plate. The combination plates clearly say with rice and beans, but she charged me extra for them. Rice and beans are not very good and the amount of ice burg lettuce they throw on top waters everything down. Two chicken tacos with rice and beans Xs2 added up to be over $30.... We will not be back.
Massive portions but the food could have used a little more flavor. Definitely a very Mexican restaurant. While we were there, they fried something and smoke filled up the restaurant. On the plus side, they did have jamaica and some sort of melon drink, I think. Gotta keep your eyes peeled to find this place, as it's in a strip mall but set far back from the road.
I'm boring I always get the same thing but it never disappoints. They have an amazing salsa that burns ( in a good way) and homemade aquas frescas. That help tame the heat of the salsa.
Being from California, I’d yet to find authentic Mexican food until my family and I stumbled upon Colima’s Mexican. I can’t thank you enough for your California burritos & rolled tacos!! Delicious food and friendly atmosphere. ?????
I ordered the surf n turf burrito based on another review. The only flavor the burrito had was a hot pepper. I mean no other taste. Very bland and disappointing. The burrito is huge but I would rather have good flavor than an enormous burrito of tons of rice. There was lots of shrimp but again no flavor. I’m also disappointed that they don’t give chips and salsa on to go orders.
The food here is amazing and the staff is very friendly! This is one of the more authentic places around here. I have had the cheese enchiladas and several (huge) burritos and they have all been delicious.
5 star to Colimas I always come for lunch but today brakefast burrito bacon ? eggs and cheese did not disappoint!!! Always good foods ?

Great little place to stop for food. Service was fast and very pleasant. Traveling for work and on a schedule so this was a great choice. Food good and out in minutes.
