Only one older lady that works here cares. They were out of every meat besides steak after I got chicken with 2 bowls. The cook was just acting like he didn’t care. Nobody had anything on the grill. The veggies were gone and they were short like 2 or 3 meat options. They got flooded with people after I left probably forcing the cook to do something.
While the food was amazing, I was shocked at the price. I guess I didn’t realize that queso and guacamole was so expensive. Also, a bag of chips for $4-5? Come on!
This location is a bit difficult to get into due to the very busy intersections. It was much easier to drive into the Sam’s Club parking lot and walk over. Once inside I was not surprised to see a limited number of customers. This being said the staff was friendly and attentive. Going out of their way to bring fresh ingredients to the line. The ordering process and paying for it was quick and efficient.
Call us restaurant snobs or not, we love trying different spots. We stopped in and let me tell ya the crew with there kindness and smiles makes me want to come back more often. Nothing better to have a great atmosphere over a beer an burrito while taking a break at a picture window watching the world go round with music and people talking in the background...
Horrible experience . I have a milk alergy . Ive gone to chipotle for years whenever im in the area . I just tried to get a chicken 3 pointer. They tried charging me 2 dollars for pico on top of the raised prices . It is now 8 dollars and some change for some rice , chicken and salsa in a bowl .I do NOT recommend this place now for anyone . Not to mention i had to have them glove up twice and change stuff out which one person snickered at . The whole point of me for years coming to chipotle whenever im in town is that i tell them i hve a milk alergy and i make it easy on them , chicken. Rice, put a lid on it.No more .Chipotle you lost a customer .Sad face. :-(
Food was delicious but that day the card machine was slow and the mngr seemed pretty frustrated and was like just keep the line moving.. and a nice young lady on the front line was very considerate. Her Mgr.. not. Went during Xmas holidays. 2021

This is my first time going here. I got the steak burrito with pinto beans, white rice, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce. Huge! Very good! We got the Berry Agua Fresca and the Hibiscus Lemonade, both were great! And the chips and salsa were good. Salsa had a really good spice to it but had a taste of chilli powder. Overall, it was great. Definitely be going back.
