My family loves Chili’s! But isn’t it a favorite of everyone!! Great food, Great service, and clean! Love that there always something for every person!Have to say tho very disappointed the company discontinued the Chicken Fried Steak! Everyone loved it!! It was my hubby’s fave! This not being an option to order will definitely gonna affect how frequently we choose to eat here!!
I love the food. The issue I have is I've tried ordering delivery for nearly a month now. I can,t always just leave to pick up my food if I order out. It keeps saying Please pick a later time . I've set it for 5 hours later and keeps saying pick a later time . Like I said the food is awesome but the option for delivery ( through the Chili's website) is either broken or not functioning properly. If it's because of staffing it should be disabled since it's just causing confusion as to why it's not working .
The waitress was fantastic !However, the so call receptionist was useless ! They should try hiring someone with a personality. I asked to be seated in an area less crowed… first she lied and said they were not seating in that section. When I pointed out there were already customers in the area , then she lied and said it would be a wait! As if there would not be a wait any place else ! Plus she had an attitude as if how are I question her. Within 5 minutes of our arrival people were seated in that section !
Poor hostess service who had a bad attitude better to eat somewhere were else. Room full of tables but she just took her time so I asked to be seated because I was next and there was only one other couple at the door and she asked if I had a problem so I just asked to be seated very young and very disrespectful to elderly so I went elsewhere. She does no understand that a hostess should be polite not rude.
On 5/17 my wife and I ordered food there through the app at 7:45pm. When we pulled up to the to-go parking spot #4 the employee came out to our vehicle and asked us who the order was for. When I told her the name she said she will go check on it. When she came out she informed us that there was no order under that name. We showed her on the app where we had placed the order and paid for it.She went inside and found our order on the printer. The employee came back out and told us that they were working on our order. We sat there til 8:23pm and I went inside to find out the status of our order.We finally received our order at 8:25pm. We will not be ordering from there again. POOR SERVICE!
I was visiting my sister from out of state for her birthday, so we decided to go to Chili's. A total of 6 people was in our party. My spouse and I and her and her spouse and their 2 kids. The host informed us that we are not serving anybody with more than 4 in a party due to they were only sitting people at the bar.I thought it was family oriented but I guess I was mistaken. We came at 8:30pm and closing isn't till 10.
After a 3.5 hour drive from Fort Smith, Arkansas my sons were starving and we decided to stop at THIS Chili's location to eat. As soon as we walked in we requested a booth after which the waitress looked at us and said there was no booths open. I looked to the left and right of us and there is full rooms open with booth and tables. One family was sitting off to the right at a booth and the rest of the customers were in the middle of the floor at either a booth or table. When you have little kids after being on a long road trip you want comfrtability and the fact you purposely chose to not be helpful we happily walked out of the restaurant and drove right down the road to taco Bueno where we were treated 1,000,000 times better. This is POOR staff and you should retrain your waitresses about customer service. I will happily choose to spend my money elsewhere thanks to your workers at this location! Way to go Chili's!
My husband and I got the ribs and they were undercooked. My husband got a full slab and brought 1 slab home to finish cooking in the oven. I really messed over mine. The service was good as well as my loaded potatoes and slaw. I will never order the ribs there again. I was disappointed to say the least.
I stopped by for a nice birthday dinner with the family. A little chilly inside. But great food and friendly waitress we had. Thank you!
