Went last Friday ordered a whopper with cheese and got a bunch, pattie and bacon. Unusual.
We Go To Burger King On Richmond Rd At Least 3-4 Times In The Afternoon. We Get 2 Lg Onion Rings and 2 Chocolate Shakes, With Extra Fudge. Our Order Is Always Correct and They Make Fresh Onion Rings. We Had 1 Issue With Our Onion Rings Last Week. I Called And Spoke to The Manager, He Apologized, So Very Nice And Polite. He Told Me To Bring The Receipt and Un Eaten Onion Rings Back Next Time We Visited. Which was The Next Evening. He Took My Name, Put In Guest Book, And We Received Our Onion Rings For Free The Next Evening. They Make The Best Chocolate Shakes For A Great Price. Always Super Friendly Customer Service and Awesome Manager.
Good breakfast. Croissants was a good option. Clean, well kept place, friendly staff.
Only my favorite place to get a burger. People were so friendly and didn't bat an eye when my 6 year old grandson announced what he wanted. Treated him with respect and that same friendly smile.

Omg... So tonight my family and I wanted Burger King so we placed my order thru the app. And when I got my food this is what I received. I called the restaurant and Jackie the night time manager gets on the phone. I'm telling her that my food was burnt and hard she tells me that can't be possible because they drop it fresh. Now looking at the pics do my food look fresh? So the next thing I know she hangs up on me I wasn't being rude or loud. The customer service here in Texarkana is terrible and I'm the one who usually don't complain because I know what its like. But right is right and wrong is wrong.
