It's been a while since I've eaten an Arby's sandwich but I don't think the bun was toasted on the outside. I got a roast beef sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Both were toasted on the outside, the roast beef sandwich was a little over toasted. This is the chicken sandwich. Didn't like either of them too much. Probably won't be going back to that location . I ordered the new wagyu burger. It was disgusting. I waited 40 minutes for my food. The burger was half the size of the buns. And the fries were burnt to a crisp more than charcoal. My shake was 3/4 full and half of it was just a foam. The customer service was terrible and that was still better than the food. I’d rather eat dog food than eat here again.
When going to Arby's I never know what kind of service or quality of food to expect.But at This location the people were friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and prepared exactly as one would hope :+)

For months the phone line has not worked in this store. Finally Arby's corporation reached out to me to help get the issue fixed.The GM called to see why I wrote the review but apparently isn't interested in my application.I told her I'd gladly delete the review. No thanks given.Just shows you customer service is close to non existent.
Slower service, but friendly staff and good food on par with other Arby's locations.
