I have never seen such a disgusting place! The tables are sticky and the table across from me didn't even looked cleaned! No plates, just a mess. I opened my menu and immediately saw what either looked like dried egg or eat wax on the menu. Not to mention my brother's menu had pink crayon all over it. That's another sign that they do not clean...The man serving us, a table of three, didn't give us any time to look at the menu to figure out what we wanted to drink. I haven't even tasted the food yet, but now I'm starting to regret ordering chicken after looking at these reviews ABOUT the chicken. Never going here again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Drinks came right out and we ordered then. 50 min later only being checked by the waitress once we finally got our food. Who would of guessed, even after I asked her to write it down... it was wrong.Also stay away from the green beans. I would have rather eaten then raw.Steak and shrimp was good, drinks when we could get them we good, but all in all it will bea looking time before I come back.
Would give 0 stars. Family of 4. We were seated and waited 20 minutes for someone to at least take our drink orders while we watched people that came in after us get seated in the same area and get waited on. The tables were sticky and the floors were disgusting. I could understand service being slow if they were busy but there was hardly anyone there. I wouldn't recommend Applebee's in Texarkana.
Waiter rushed us to order. We got the two for 29 meals. We never received our salads, or appetizers came after the meal. When we asked the waiter about the appetizers his response was really. Once he brought our food we never saw him again until he brought the check.
I’d rate 0 stars if I could…. I never liked the food much but I enjoyed the drinks. I went to the bar last night with two friends and we waited 30 minutes after ordering drinks for them…. Never did so we just left. The bartender seemed like she was ignoring us and they weren’t even busy. The tables are sticky. They serve uncooked chicken. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Our waitress was the best. BUT the managers I guess weren’t welcoming to US at least. His energy was of his complexion. I only gave it a 3 star because of our waitress. Oh yeah and the menus were very disgusting and sticky and it smelt very old and carpet needed to be pulled up and new carpet put down.
I ordered the cosmic wings and I should have chose something else. They are terrible and my boneless wings are soggy. Whoever fixed these wings just poured all of the hot Cheeto crumps at the top which is very unprofessional!
It's not the best. Like today I ordered shrimp with parmesan cheese on a 6oz steak with the shrimp on the side, along with their mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. The sour cream on top of the potatoes was just as big a scoop as my potatoes. My shrimp was cooked but cold, potatoes slightly warm mac and cheese was great. Waitress was really sweet. Tables are always sticky when we go because it's the cleaner that they use. The place has gone down hill alot over the last few years. It's an ok place.
Stopped in for lunch. Food was delicious. We had a friendly waitress with a beautiful smile ?
