The management needs to get it together. I have been waiting for 8 months now for my refund they prommissed me back last October! According to their Customer Service Corporate is who is holding up the refund! They fail to respond to their customers and the locations tell customers they can't do anything about missing food if you order on the app. The quality of the food and customer service has gone in a downward spiral. So they need to step up!
The worst and most disgusting whataburger I have ever experienced. The floors in the bathroom were just mopped but there was standing water. Like they didn't ring out the mop the food was horrible and the employees will walk by you without even acknowledging your in line. Then 3 employees who did not appear to be on break but apparently was hungry stood in line to order in front of a customer. Horrible experience.
Went in today 4/12/2022 ordered the Breakfast on Bun meal and let me tell you it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Excellent customer service from the management down to the crew members. It’s not often that you get treated with so much dignity and respect and great food delivered to your table with a smile. Keep up the great work, definitely will be back
Came in just now asked for the bbq bacon burger. Asked no onions but of course there are onions. And yes the receipt says it as well. This was also 840pm on a Monday. Really appreciate it if the guys in sandwiches could make a simple burger correct. This is why I’ll never come back because one person can’t do their simple job and make a easy burger.

She is friendly, professional, and went out of her way to help us.? we really only interacted with Tiana. The brief view of the other employees was also very positive.
I don't recommend What-a-Burger. Can't get an order right. Don't know how many times they have messed up and not the first time I've complained. Complained to corporate months ago, never heard back. Shows how much they care. 15 min to get home. 15 min to go back. 15 min home. 45 wasted mins to get the order right. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Grandkids don't understand why they didn't get what they ordered Just was not gonna go back this time. The Mgr at the Temple, Tx 31st street store is gonna get an ear full tomorrow. I'm going to demand a full refund. Tired of incorrect/incomplete orders. This time I didn't even get the right order (except the drinks). The app specifically says it offers "take out and drive thru" but when you arrive to pick up your order, you have to wait in the long slow drive thru. The drive thru take anywhere from 30-45 mins to go through and thats because it isn't a long long line. The restaurant is the slowest of all whataburger restaurants ever. Poor management and leadership, ridiculous!
Food is great, service sometimes wack, not sure if someone really wanna get off their shift or what? Ordered online foe pick up waited for 30 min, lol they forgot twice. Drive thrue is on point always friendly always correct orders without mistakes!! Shoutout to drive thrue crew!! U guys awesome people who serve food for online puck up not so awesome.
Food is great as always but they have the slowest drive thru in town. I was dang near late for a doctor's appointment for stopping at this place. It's literally on the same block as the doctor but took me 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. All I ordered was two shakes and they didn't even start making them until I had already paid. That's ridiculous.
Ordered 2 plain biscuits and a side of hash brown. Waited 15 minutes for a cold thing of hash brown, they tasted as if they’ve been sitting there. && the biscuits weren’t fresh either. I don’t mind waiting, at least give me fresh food.
