Definitely love this place. There was a inconvenience in the beginning I waited almost 20 minutes for a burger and fries and a nice lady that worked there came up to me and apologized for the wait. Then she talked to the manager I think it was and ended up giving me a free meal and my money back when I insisted for them to give my money back they wouldn’t accept. Such kind beautiful people who work here thank you for service !!!
Don't bother. The floor and tables were filthy, I had to clean before I could sit down. I'm just tired of all these Whataburger locations have gone to sh_t. Who said it was okay for you to let slightly warm french fries go to the customer? That should NEVER happen! The patty melt and double patty cheeseburger were simply just thrown together, not even aligned remotely straight. I requested extra pickles, got three total on the burger. Had to request ketchup and spicy ketchup cause it was not available, same with the napkins. I do NOT RECOMMEND Whataburger. They have let their former high quality standards drop to new lows.
Awful. Don’t bother. I was banking on an improvement after the building update. I guess it’s the same in a different package. Find another one, if you have to have Whataburger. Order is wrong every time we order here. Every time. This time as a bonus my son picked it up and the didn’t give us our drinks. Nothing is marked and you have to dig through the bags and haggle with family members over which one is closer to your liking. I live about 10 miles from it so going back and dealing with it isn’t an option. I don’t see it being that complicated. I don’t see how anyone can give this place a 5 star review. Horrible.
I love the fact that you customize your burger the way you want. The drive through line moves fast and my order has always been correct. Very friendly employees at this location.
Just stopped in to get an order to go. Staff was very nice. The food was good, well prepared.My order was correct. I'm happy with this Whataburger!
Fries were so perfectly cooked and salted!Chicken fajita was so hot and fresh that I had to wait for it to cool off before I could take a bit... I was going to put pirate on it, but I realized I had eaten all of it BEFORE I even thought about putting ANYTHING on it... lolSO SO SO TASTY!
The manager here and at Belton location have my support! In my life in this area I've never had such amazing experiences that went from hangry to beyond expectations from the menu to the window! Plus, in 30 years I never have been served any bad or old or nasty food from them!
I just came from there and I ordered two sandwiches to medium fries and two drinks and it was so hot and fresh The fries were very fresh and will salted and the staff was so nice too my overall experience was a 20 out of 10 thank you Noah!
Came a few days ago and was told to shake machine was down, came again and was told it was being cleaned. Trying to put my order in and I kept getting cut off with questions that if they took a second to listen to me place my order those questions would have been answered. Felt rushed, when we both know Whataburger is always a long wait.
Order two meals and with in 5 minutes my food was ready and hot and cooked just right and the people there were nice and polite and treated with respect. The drive thru had about 10 or more car and they all got there food fast as well and place was clean.
