I got breakfast their on 3/20/22. It was the worst breakfast ever. I got a number 6 which is a bacon egg and cheese biscuit the egg tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and got sausage Instead. It tasted more like a canned biscuit. The cheese was runny it was microwave cooked also. I won't be buy any breakfast their from now on. ?
This had to have been THE FASTEST DRIVE THRU experience I have EVER had!!! And EVERYTHING was on point! Food was correct and hot. Fries were hot and crisp. The worker at the drive thru was quick and nice! BEST WENDYS EVER! We were in and out in less then a minute! NO LIE! Pulled up, ordered, paid, got food and rolled out! UNBELIEVABLE!
Maybe it's the only Wendy's in Troy....but African american lady was not social. I said good morning. no answer. I waited by register, she walked up and starred at me. I thought she was dead mute so I ordered she punched in. She finally asked was that all? I said yes & got order and found no napkins. She came running to front complaining she was the only one there and had to make food for lunch at 9am. Bathrooms were dirty. TP on floors.stuff floating in a few stalls. doors looked all scratched. Looked abandoned!. nasty!!!!
Food was great but went thru drive thru and got home with only half my order.
Best Wendy’s there is. Staff is on top of their game. Professional. Polite. Organized. Clean. Food was fresh and prepared with care. Quality was present and the staff show they care about the details and the customer
The girl with the green and red braids/locks working the drive through counter tonight was extremely rude. She needs some customer service lessons & an attitude check. I had asked for light ice, she shook 2 ice cubes out of my cup and put the lid back on & tried to hand it to me. I said I want light ice, she said it is light ice. I told her it wasn’t, so she went to the lobby and refilled it. Not sure what she did with it, but I feel like she spit in it considering she didn’t grab it from the lobby the first time. I asked her why she went over there and she said “because its ova durr” and shut the window on me. This was the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had, I didn’t even feel safe eating my food or drink. What a waste of time sitting in drive through for 20 mins and a waste of money. Will drive across town to the other location next time. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.

Decided to try Wendy's breakfast that morning. I was pleased with my order! The morning clerk was taking orders, brewing coffee, dropping the seasoned wedges, preparing the breakfast sandwiches all with a smile. Hats off to her, I just wish I could of gotten her name.
There was a line when we pulled up but it went surprisingly quick, never dipped my fries in a frosty before, first time for everything.
Out of biscuits at 830. . Stuck in drive thru for 5 mins. Unapologetic. Most fast food offer coupon to come back.
