As a fan of Wendy's, this establishment does a good job representing the flavors of their food. I've never had a bad experience over the numerous times I've come here. The burgers are always cheesy and bacon-y with the perfect amount of flavor although i will say wendys has a habit of making their burgers slightly sweet for whatever reason when, in my opinion, i feel they should just be what burgers always have been, a savory bite of meat, cheese, bun and veggies if that's your thing. The sweetness just seems to distract from the latter flavors and i feel it's a slight downside. Overall though this establishment has yet to disappoint.
The WORST Wendy's I've ever eaten at! Totally mismanaged! Drink machine was down for hours. I came back later to use the bathroom so I saw 3 hours later it was still down! In the middle of the busy time of service at that. The food took over 10 mins to finish (it was a simple combo order off the menu with no changes). The burger i ordered tasted like it sat for an hour. Wasn't hot nor was the cheese even melted! I had old cold fries mixed in with the fresher fries! I honestly just threw it all away after one bite of both. If I wasn't in a hurry to make an appt, I definitely would've took the order back and demanded a refund!
Was in drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. Finally got to the order station and sat there for an additional 5 minutes with no response at all from inside. Pulled around to window to see what was happening. The girl at the window was very polite. I told her that I was out of time to order at that point since I was going to be late for dr appointment. She apologized. Manager behind her jumped in front of her and started berating me that my truck didn’t show up at order station. I’ve ordered at drive throughs a million times in my truck. Never had a problem before. Very rude!!! Never use this Wendy’s again!!! Would give them a zero if I could.
bad service they take a long time and they always give you the wrong orders I will never return
It's fairly obvious that the owner of this location has zero concern for it's customers, employees, or quality of service, because for the past year it has been consistently understaffed by a rotating crew of people who obviously hate working their, most likely because they're underpaid and treated poorly.It's not the employees or location, because Other fast food restaurants in the area have much less obviously miserable employees who actually seem to at least pretend to care about their job, while this Wendy's seems to just hire anyone desperate or stupid enough to accept the wages and conditions offered here, so you get people who don't do their job right if at all.If this location cared about quality or speed of service, they'd start offering at least competitive wages for the area, but I doubt that will ever happen because it's been like this for over a year now and shows no signs of changing.
Don't go here! Don't support this business anymore! This has got to be the worst fast food location in this entire area! The owners are upper management of this establishment should not be in customer service for the way they treat their employees! I work as a delivery driver for this area and have been for well over a year and a half now and I can assure you this is the worst fast food joint in this town!
I ordered on the Wendy's app and I ordered carryout, in case there was a line at the drive thru so I could just go in and get it without waiting in the drive thru line. I get to the store and I park. When I get up to the door the sign says "dining room closed" so I call on the phone. They tell me that they can't let me in to get my order and they can't bring it out to the designated pick up area. I have to go thru the drive thru. By this time there are at least 8 cars in front of me in line. So I wait in line 25 minutes to get my food. Then i get my order and I am missing 2 orders of chicken nuggets and my 'everything' baked potato has only a tiny bit of chili on it and nothing else. I was very disappointed with my visit here.
I ordered food for my family, my meal was good and my son said his was good. But my wife's meal was missing the pickles and that was the whole reason we went, so she could try the new chicken sandwich. On top of that they didn't have any drink carriers and did give us straws.
Food was okay, pretty average personally. We asked for ketchup for our fries and didn't get it. Didn't get very many napkins either. Not super impressed with their fries or the BBQ sauce.
Must take them an hour to make 1 burger. They better step up there game. I used to like Wendy's before I started going here
