the server was top notch, second to none. the steak cooked perfectly. no wait time for a party of 5. highly recommend
The food here is great, the staff seemed nice. Our family got the Dallas filet and double pork chops with fries and rice and corn. We also got the armadillo bites and it was very good needed more jalapeno but still good. Margaritas are very good and decent size. For some reason seeing them cutting out more rolls from their scratch made dough made the rolls taste that much better.
Rolls are unbeatable. I could come here just because of the rolls and cinnamon butter. Steaks are normally on point and if there were any issues staff kindly handle it. Not the first choice if you want to dine somewhere quiet but that's to be expected of a Texas Roadhouse. This establishment has undergone some noticeable upgrades in quality and with the addition of the takeout window, is now much faster. Overall not bad
Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Overall: 4.5 rounded to 5Texas Roadhouse has a fun, country atmosphere. It's always packed, but the manager on duty makes sure to visit each table. The unlimited fresh rolls and whipped cinnamon butter could carry a 5 star rating alone. I do miss the peanuts though. If you follow me, you know I love fried cheese, and the Rattlesnake Bites deliver melted jack cheese with a jalapeño kick. The crispy shell with the melted center was delicious. My husband enjoyed his house salad, commenting that it was very good. We ordered loaded sweet potatos with cheese and bacon, but got them with marshmallows which they quickly replaced. They were, surprisingly, the best part of the meal. Baked to the perfect level of softness, the skin fell right off. I don't know what they do to their butter, but I had intended to eat only half of it and gobbled down the whole thing. We ordered sirloin steak, medium well for me, and medium for my husband, but got well done and medium well (pictured), respectively. Mine was too dry to finish. They cheerfully offered to replace them, but I did not take them up on it since I had plenty to eat and did not want to wait. I'm sure a second one would have been much better. Overall, a pleasant dining experience, but I will order medium rare next time.
I go to the Texas Roadhouse in Temple 2 to 3 times a week. The food and service is always excellent. Everyone knows me and treats me very well. I love the sirloin steak. Joseph served me tonight and I couldn't ask for better service.
No STARS! Another bad experience here and I won’t be coming back this time. It was literally a ROACH in my salad. The waiter Jill thought it was funny. I really feel like it was done on purpose, because they kept bringing me the wrong salad. All of sudden she bring the salad last, I took 3-4 bites. Then I realized THE ROACH. So unsanitary and nasty. This location may be infested!
Took the whole family out after my youngest sons Wedding... It was Friday at 5:30 pm.... The place was packed..... We reserved the Willie Booth for about 12 people.... The restaurant was very crowded but with a fun crowed... The music was loud and upbeat... The staff made it easy to navigate to our table and was quick to get us sat and drinks in hand...Our waitress was amazing getting everyone's order and she was very friendly... We had a great time and will be back again.... A++
Service was great. Even though we were under a tornado watch. I had catfish dinner and it was perfect watching the storm out-of the window.
Dependable spot for a juicy, flavorful steak. Regardless of how busy it gets, the staff is always friendly and will give you great service. I will only slightly be critical of some pricing but don't mind much in the end, as I come away more than satisfied. Can get noisy with the crowd.
Was crowded but not slow! Food came quickly, to order, and very good! Highly recommend!
