I called just to tell them about my crunchy rice and jerky steak meat. I said what I just ordered and the dude had an attitude right off. I just wanted them to know what was wrong with my order is all. I wasn't yelling did want anything for free. Just was warning them before dinner rush came in to swap out the old for new. So 1 star rating for my only 2nd time ever eating here.
Hands down the best margaritas! The customer service was superb. The food was delicious and seasoned to perfection. I was surprised at how delicious is is but I wish they would build one in Killeen. Temple is cool but to be closer too home would make a hugger difference. The drive thru time was a small wait but worth it and I will return and recommends others to check this location out
I ordered almost $30 in good because I had it for the first time last month. This location has to either be private owned or perhaps the good was that disgusting because it was close to closing time. I am highly disappointed in everything that i ate there. The chips were stale, the shrimp tacos had no shrimp. The shrimp quesadilla was dry and inedible. The chicken for the fajita taco as well as the steak was dry and disgusting. I fed majority all of the food to my dog. I drove 20 in the opposite direction from my house to get this literal dog food and will not return to this store or Any Taco Cabana period.
Weird looking Carne Guis Taco…My fajita taco was $10 and the chips were stale, no cheese or beans or rice and only had 3 slivers of meat. Sad
Rude and inefficient. We ordered a day ahead for a pick up to be ready at 10 am the next morning. The order was not ready. That is okay. I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes for it to be out. I did not to complain or nag. After 45 minutes I went to ask again to check up and they said I should have ordered a day ahead in the rudest way possible. I didn’t think much of it and sat back down. They called me over to get a few boxes of the order and I went to sit back down. Soon after I heard manager himself in the back “let’s get that monkey off our back what does he need now.” Keep in mind I wasn’t complaining or nagging at all. But waiting. Hour late on the order, and the rudest customer care possible. 1 star
Took 50 minutes to get through the drive thru. The food was good but a sit down restaurant would take less time and cost about the same.
Taco Cabana is one of the best meals you can get at a drive-through. The taste and quality of a sit-down meal with speed and efficiency.
Could this Taco Cabana location get any more worthless? The useless workers closed this place early again tonight! They put cones to block the drive-thru and locked the front doors, but were inside enjoying food themselves while staring at customers through the windows. I guess this place only keeps the lights on so the employees can help themselves to all the food. I wonder if they get their own order wrong everytime like they did when customers could order too.
I took my family here for lunch today, and we waited for 5 minutes at the register without being acknowledged before someone finally came over to tell us the dining room is closed because they don’t have enough employees! You’d think at the very least they would put a sign on the door saying that only the drive thru is open. My wife even volunteered to make a sign for them and they blew her off. Will NEVER be back to this location again.
Tried to go in last Saturday. There was a sign on the door that stated the inside was closed and only drive thru was open. This is the 3rd time in the past couple of months that we have tried to eat there and the inside is closed. Hire some new people. They tell us they don't have enough people to run the inside and the drive thru. We left all 3 times and went to a different restaurant. They are losing business. Get it together people.
