Very quick and precise during the dinner rush. They were extra helpful when my car died in the drive thru. They tried to Jumpstart it and helped push it out of the way when that didn't work. They ran the drive thru seamlessly as my car was directly in the way. They made sure the people behind us were taken care of and got their food. The employee's were awesome and had great people skills. I can't say the same for the manager who was in the building at the time. He was not, he didn't commend the amazing job his employees performed. Even with the crisis my car dying caused that team worked together and pulled off the beginning of their dinner rush. Great job yall! You are Rockstars!
Went here 2 times. First time, they forgot to give my cinnamon twists. So I thought, let's give them another chance. Maybe it was just a incidental thing occurring once. 2nd time was a week later abs they forgot my ex bfs burritos.. so needless to say, never going back here again. True I should've checked the bags but I shouldn't expect to do this.
The Taco Bell in HEB Marketplace Plaza (across from the mall) Is literally THE worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. If you want TBell after 11 pm do NOT go here. The hours say 2am but they ALWAYS have an excuse to not be serving until 2am like they are supposed. You know it's bad when the location across town has been receiving the same comments from other customers. I complained to them...and I wasn't the first! Pathetic
March 14 ordered 3 tacos no cheese. Got home, they had meat & cheese. Went back, had to wait 28 minutes to get order corrected. I now give this store location 1(one) star for inconvenience and slow service. Avoid if at all possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe it's because of Covid...but the store was open but closed at 9am when we visited Thursday. Went to grab breakfast here with the kiddo because she wanted it and doors were locked after 9am. Hours said 730 opening. Shortly after trying to get in and driving out a worker opened the door to smoke. I don't understand the drive through only concept anymore with Covid calmed.
Ordered many different items, they had the correct things and always a good price. Quick and correct good job.
I will preface my review by saying I love Taco Bell and that the West Adams location is stellar. This location is my least favorite for two reasons: 1) The app doesn't work for this location. Why? No one knows and no one cares. 2) The employees are absolutely unfriendly and at times rude.So even though this is on my way to work, I'll go out of my way to visit another location.
2 stars for actually giving us more than we ordered. Too bad it was everything my wife won't eat.?
Horrible management. Extremely rude via the drive thru. The worst part about it, the manager on duty, John, was the rude employee. We all know what Taco Bell offers, cheap food that cleans your stomach out in a matter of 8 minutes flat. However having the manager get rude simply because I took “too long” placing my order will keep me from returning.
