I ordered thru the app on Friday 3/4/22. We purchased 3 meatball subs and a new "bowl". The 3 meatball subs were made with zero sauce, missing toppings, and tasted awful, my kids said worst meatball sub they ever had. The following day we took turns in the bathroom for hours, and had stomach cramps. I called and was put on hold to speak with the manager for 20 minutes when I called to let them know something was wrong with the meatballs. Suddenly call terminated. Not impressed. 0 stars.
When I accidentally ordered online to the wrong location, they did not give me a hard time and actually replaced the order for me so I didn't have to leave and go somewhere else
They were out of everything. No napkins, no toaster, no credit card payment available. Won't be going back anytime soon.
The night shift working 1/6/21 was terrible. Slow, unresponsive, looked like they were miserable, inefficient. I was asked to repeat things 3-4 times such as the type of bread, type of sandwich, toasted, toppings etc. one employee sneezed without covering his face, though he did turn away. They were out of product. I don’t know what happened to this location. It was a great location for years.Very disappointed ?
My sandwich was prepared how I ordered it and it was done quick. I like this location.
Follow your door dash instructions. Tired of asking for a heated footlong tuna sandwhich only to get a cold sub.
Ordered for pick up at this store since the other one I go to was closed. Got my sandwich and it was covered in sauce and leaking through the wrapper. It also wasn’t toasted like I had asked. I’m pregnant and can’t eat uncooked lunch meat. Waste of time and money… I won’t be back.
I figured why previous employees probably gone back to school during summer. New employees are different and still new rookie. Didn't wrapped very well after making my order Black and Forest Ham.
Staff was friendly, service was quick, place was clean.
Very rude young ladies all four of them.Went in with my mother at about 4 p.m.My mother asked one asked one worker a question when another one popped up from the back and said "what did you need" I stated that it was none if her concern to go back to work. That's when 2 other employees started yelling, cussing & being extremely rude. They could have just asked me to order & move on but they all attacked me verbally. Very uncalled for. I would have fired them all.
