The young lady that served me was super sweet. I gave her a tip exclusively for her. I've always enjoyed every Starbucks. The company has done well in hiring the best of the best in personnel for their stores.
Went to this location to study for a couple of hours.. The baristas were very nice and checked in Once in a while to see if I needed anything else. Everything was very clean as well :)
Do not waste your time going to this Starbucks please ! The girls working there this afternoon were very disrespectful .I have never went to a Starbucks and felt so unwanted they seemed to be annoyed with costumers today .
Very disappointed staff is friendly but doesn't listen. Placed my order no whip and suger free as possible. Had whip and no details on the ticket to make it suger free. When I saw it had whip and said I ordered without it was offered to scrape it off. The thing is the suger from the whip is already dispense into my drink. Plus I can scrape it off. I know the staff is busy. But please try to make the order as specified. Also small suggestion, would this store consider having a staff member come through the drive through outside and take the orders. The Belton Starbucks does this and it always moves the line faster. Plus my order is correct.
I ordered a drink and when I got it it didn’t look right so I asked for another and it still didn’t look right so I asked again the women said they were all out of 1 ingredient and just turned her back to me . I am beyond upset they could have told me as I was ordering it that it was missing an ingredient . I did not deserve that kind of disrespect but I kept my cool and just walked away . This is a pink drink missing strawberries

Love this Starbucks, I come in all the time w/different TikTok recipes & they always make it w/out any problem, they are the bomb! it’s became my favorite place to go to before work!
Better option of around Starbucks. Clean, strong AC, friendly staff. But cold tea is with sugar sirup so full of calories but but but why... Tea is good ? by itself. Cold coffee thou was good cold and untouched by sugar, I mean if I want I can always add later. A bit loud because drive through is quite busy.
What can I say, I love my green tea from here!!!!
They cant get their orders right. I got a totally different person’s drink today instead of my own. Every time I order from this Starbucks they forget something for my drink (every add on is an extra charge). Honestly I feel that if MCDONALDS can get stuff right, Starbucks should be able to. Clearly not.
