This Sonic is terrible!!! They always get the order incorrect or do not have the item in stock. I will drive the extra few miles to the next nearest Sonic from now on because this has happened every since time at the West Adams Sonic and I am tired of throwing money away at this place. Drive to the next closest one. Don’t waste your money at this one.
Tonight I ordered two #2 cheeseburgers with MUSTARD. I got home and noticed the buns were not fresh. Then I discovered ketchup and mayo on my burger. I scraped it off and low and behold, there was a tiny amount of mustard stain on the bun. Both burgers were this way. I had heard of this change, but I didnt realize that if you ordered mustard, you have to say no ketchup or mayo. Gee, Sonic, dont do this.
My past few experiences with ordering food from this location have been pretty bad, either the food isn't cooked thoroughly or there's long hairs inside of the burgers. Will be ordering from a different location now
Always friendly. Always! I come here now instead of Whataburger or McDonald’s because of the service. Never once had a rude employee like I get at other fast food joints. Great job guys. I appreciate y’all!
Fast service. I order on the app while parked at the stall and it was out very quickly. Order was correct and was very fresh and good. It was busy as well being after 4.
Food was chill, cheese never melted, and soda had wayyyy too much lime, plus it only took literally less than two minutes between order and food delivery on a custom order? Hmmm.
Thursday Nov 10th we pulled into the Sonic on West Adams for two #1 hamburgers. They were delivered with COLD cheese (not melted, cool meat on semi stale buns. The wrap was not even warm, much less hot. Both of us had stomach upsets til after midnight.
This morning October 24th 2021 and employee come outside and said to me that they didn't have toast or eggs until Tuesday. I don't understand somebody help me understand please
Fresh Tea was made so that's good. I ordered the cinnamon pockets. And it came with cream cheese icing. All in all fair price. And it gives me my cinnamon craving on the go
Average at best. Burger tossed together, pickles bunched in one lump. The teenagers who run the joint seem haphazard. No salt, pepper, ketchup and one napkin placed in your bag. Recommend you ask for well done, your chances of getting a warm burger improve. Otherwise cold! The bun is never seems fresh. One aspect of fast food like Sonic is they've figured out a method to run a million dollar business using mostly teenagers.
