Last time I came here I ordered a blast and I saw that it had a hole on the side and they TAPED IT they put a piece of clear tape over the hole ?, now this time we ordered on the app 2 shakes one a mini one a small.. we got back and medium and a mini, we sent it back and it was the right sizes but switched. I worked at Sonic so I know don't ever go by what the worker is telling you to make, GO BY WHAT THE PEOPLE RUNG UP ON THE APP unless they say they accidently put it in wrong. This isn't a big deal really but it's just aggravating we have an issue everytime we come here. But the manager was nice about it, and I dont mean so sound like a Karen but yes we talked to the manager??
2 times in a row now I've gone to this location and ended up missing items. Or have had really poorly prepared items. This time my hotdogs looks like someone held it vertically and all of the condiments were at the bottom of the bag. Really frustrating. This is money wasted, and they don't seem to care.
Stopped to grab my daughter something to eat. After I left she started to eat and said the lemonade tastes funny. Food was cold. I had to stop and get her something else. We were just passing thru town, this made a huge inconvenience.
I was just in and even though its freezing outside the sweet young man that brought me food was super sweet and courtieous. Thank you so much!!!
Great service and one of the better sonics I’ve been too probably 2nd to the Belton one by Belton High. Weird that this sonic doesn’t let you tip the waiters on the app. I do it just fine at the Belton one and some other ones.
I ordered my food and I repeated my order three times to them saying I only wanted ketchup on my chicken burger and they had everything else on there instead of what I said. But the fries and drink were good.
Kinda slow to take my order, but they were very busy so I get it. The carhop, Calia was very sweet when she brought out my food. It was hot and fresh
Ordered through the app, which was easy, and got exactly what I ordered. It was a busy Sunday evening & my wait time for 2 desserts was only 8 minutes.
Our food was thrown in the bag, our burgers where soggy. We called and speaked to a lady (who’s name may not be said) who told us she would replace it tomorrow. Then the store manger Dora, called back to argue that her staff was not in the place to tell us that and if we wanted to get a different foot long coney tomorrow we would have to bring the gross one back along with the burger. Day old food back to her restaurant. After her staff assured us we could get a meal replacement tomorrow. Corporate will be called.We have been here before with problems of taking 20 minutes to get out 4 drinks while staff stands there and talks. Then asked to speak to the manger and had to wait another 5-10 minutes to talk to the manger.
Taken granddaughter,she loved the service,and meal.I always takes her their to eat.Sonic is her number one take out fast food.
