PRETTY Much THEFT I waited 15 minutes to be told they were out if ice cream for the shake I ordered on line because I was in a hurry. Still took 15 min to bring me a Dr pepper and a water. Was handed the water with the top loose it spilled all over my car and me, I'm working to. So now jus a Dr pepper is what I have and wet car seats and wet legs ...OH I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A REFUND ,TWO WEEKS AGO BY YOUR EMPLOYEE. multiple emails lots of wasted time and you still have my freaking money. Most places call that theft. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WUTH INTREST THE WAY THINGS ARE GOING, absolutely unacceptable. Terrible place liars and thieves

I ordered chili cheese tots and they gave me fries, but that's not the bad part. I'm sure Lil mix ups happen like that all the time. The person next to us ordered chili cheese fries and they came back and took the fries . I had already taken a bit or two out the fries I was starving. I'm pretty sure they took them back to sell them to the people next to us because it only took them maybe a half a second to bring there's right out afterwards. While I waited ten min for my tots!!!!! That's just nasty... I mean I had nothing in my stomach hungry to the max . You would think they could have left me the fries to eat while I waited on the tots. It was there mess up why should I have to suffer and wait 30 min to eat food I'm starving for. There was only like 4 people there and the tots tasted like they was picked up off the floor and not even cooked all the way.. cold!!!!

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no pickles and tater tots and a drink. When I started eating my tater tots in the car they were not even warm, so of course that means they were not even fresh. When I got home and took the bun off my burger there were pickles on it which I did not want and there was no bacon to be found on a double bacon cheeseburger. I'm very unhappy with this so I called the the manager and she wanted me to come back today and she would give me a refund but only today and I could not do that so she put me down on the list for another meal. I'm not sure I'm really up for another meal because I don't want it to be messed up. Very unhappy experience and I probably will not ever return to the Sonic ever.

I visited this Sonic today with two friends to get drinks during happy hour. This is not my first visit to the Sonic and have always received good service in the past.I was disappointed today when upon ordering drinks, I requested double lemon in a 44oz sweet tea. When the double lemon did not appear on the screen I asked the person taking my order to please double the lemon. I was rudely informed that there were already four to five slices in a 44oz. So attempting to be polite and reasonable I said that would be fine.We received our drinks in a timely manner and drove home. Upon arriving I opened the tea to squeeze the lemon slices and to my dismay discovered that what would normally have been considered a slice of lemon was actually halved, so in reality there were only two lemon slices in my tea. I was not happy, but with no recourse I let it go, because I didn't want to make the 15 minute drive back to that Sonic.Then to add insult to injury after sitting down to enjoy my drink, I picked it up and apparently the cup had a weak spot, collapsed inward, and tea went everywhere. I didn't even get two sips.I know cups break, but really I've had Sonic drinks for years and have never had one just disintegrate in my hand. Funny the only person in the car that asked for something extra ended up with no drink. Frustrating to say the least. Luckily I know how to make tea and now have a cold glass to end my day of shopping.What I really would like is for Sonic to reconsider their cup provider and to remind employees that customers really do know what they want and when the request is as simple as extra lemon, just be polite and fill the order.

My order was wrong. I pressed the button to let someone know that it wasn't my order but I guess since they had brought my order, there was no need to respond. I will not be returning to this Sonic.

The guy that took my order at 7pm on Thurs 3/10/22 was so incredibly rude. There was maybe two other cars there. And Yes, I had two separate orders, so I understand the frustration, but I was being incredibly nice about it. I even apologized for being “inconvenient” even though it’s literally his job.When I rang back in because I forgot the limes my husband wanted on the side, the guy on the switchboard literally told me, there’s no way to do that. I used to be a shift leader at the sonic across town, plus I had gotten limes on the side at this same location not even a month prior to this. so I knew 1000% he was just BSing me or didn’t know how to do it, so he lied. He was actually just trying to lie to me and tell me he couldn’t sell me limes on the side.When I said “Umm, you can ring it up under one of the other drinks and just put the limes in a separate cup” he audibly groaned and said so sarcastically “ On WhIcH oRdEr?!” Then charged me THREE extra dollars for two effin lime wedges.

Good good and good times a must

It's not professional at all for the car hops to round people's order totals up. When it's $9.14, they say 10$. No, not ok. Also not professional to force a tip on someone. I've done serving most of my life. I also worked at Sonic as a roller skating car hop for years. I had one ask me after giving the dollar bill change if I wanted the coin change too, I always tip. But now I'm going to stop going there and so says my brother who has had the same issue with it.

The grilled chicken was nice and moist. Everything tasted great. Hot fries and a fresh drink.

This is the 3rd time they havnt included silverware with our food, continously out of onion rings and keeps forgetting to include dipping sauces that are supposed to come with the food.
