I just called to ask if they had the channel that my college football team is playing on team. The lady who answered was extremely rude, made me tell her my name, and then hung up on me after a skein my question. I will never go here. And I will advise all of my sports fan friends to go elsewhere also. Lost a possible long time customer before I even walked in the door.
