I've had the Cinnabons here but from the French Dip and BBQ chips alone, I can tell their sandwiches are a delicious league of their own.Ask for their out of this world tasty Chocolate Chips while you're at it!
This place has seriously gone down hill! We used to go there at least once a week but lately, we’ve just quit going there! There is hardly any wait time which is good. The order is almost always mixed up, they never have all of the flavors of soda. The dining room is always a mess and employees standing around doing nothing about the dirty tables and floors. The soda machine area is always sticky, cup lids all mixed up together! What a shame, used to love going there!
Well, this place has been here a very long time. Prices are stupid expensive. Joe did that. Place needed to be cleaned but it's hard to find good help currently. 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches chips and drinks?? To steep for my blood. Recommend management give spelling classes..Plotted. Scouts Out.
Great employees here, excellent greeting and customer service. Sandwiches always good and fresh, reasonably priced. Turkey avocado salad surprisingly good! Nice atmosphere, many drinks choices.
DOWNRIGHT PARTIALITY. The food was good but I don’t understand for what reason we were given it as a takeout while in the bill it clearly mentions dine-in. Moreover, only us in the whole restaurant was served that way while others were served in a tray and not as a packaged to-go. In fact their food was being delivered to the table while for us the number was announced. I have never experienced such partiality in any other restaurants.
I was in Temple for VA Medical and needed to kill some time before getting on I35 and heading for Austin. I stopped here for dinner, great decision on my part! The young lady taking my order was kind and courteous and some of the best customer service I have had in fast food. I wish I had her name so I could tell her boss. My food was hot and tasty and I enjoyed my meal. Thank you Schlotzky's team for a job done well.

Ordered the French dip sandwich. Got home and no dipping sauce. Went back and asked about it and was told oh, we don't have any more sauce. Also girl taking order completely ignored us when we were there and just stared at her cash register. No thank you, nothing. Speechless. Will NOT be back ever.
Let me tell you about the HORRIBLE experience I had. We ordered food and my bf went and picked it up for us. When he got home we realized that half of the food was missing. He called and talking to Kristine/Christine however she spells it and explained the situation. She told us that they were super busy and that she’s not going to fix our order THEY messed up on or put us at the top of the line that WE can wait until they slow down or come back tomorrow. The attitude of this girl was UNBELIEVABLE. Especially considering it was them who messed up our order in the first place and we were more than patient and reasonable with them. She said the lady at the window was new and her fault. People make mistakes that’s okay, but to be unwilling to fix a mistake YOUR team made and be so rude is NOT okay. My company and I eat here at least twice a week and I can guarantee I will never eat here again. She needs to be fired and find a new profession. Places get busy, I understand. But the attitude and unprofessionalism Kristine/Christine had was inexcusable. As sad as I am, I’ll never eat at this location again. I’ll be happy to drive to Belton
The giant beef bacon cheesy is not worth $13.00. It’s disappointing to pay for something that is false advertisement.
