They just threw my fries onto the bottom of my bag. They told my delivery driver that I couldn't order just a chicken sandwich... huh? Apparently you can't get a side order of extra gravy either. The last time I ordered, they gave me a chicken sandwich so overcooked that I literally couldn't even chew it so threw it away. I gave them another chance because orders in the past were good, but they went downhill quick in the last year. I gave them a second chance and service was terrible. I won't be ordering from here again.
Great service. Friendly staff. Food was crispy, hot, and fresh. Little wait but that’s ok as long as the food is fresh. Only thing is they always forget my fork(s) with my order. Maybe it’s their way of telling me to dip the chicken in the beans and rice?
So I know it's 2 stars but that's because of the workers. The food is always on point. Who doesn't love the biscuits and that damn brown gravy is the best. If you like waiting 18 minutes to get someone to take your order in the lobby, and no other customers are there then by all means go on with your bad self. It's the waiting while you watch all that fresh cooked chicken sit there and wait to be put on your plate. Well it's 5 stars for food and 2 for service.
It’s a hit or miss just like any other restaurant. You have to catch them on a good day….when they are not running out of chicken (spicy wings). I really don’t like how the chicken tenders are Always small and so crunchy…it’s not worth the price!
Had the large chicken special. Came with 8 biscuits, 2 sides. We chose beans and rice, and macaroni & cheese. I have to say that was the VERY best macaroni and cheese I ever had except for my own. It was delicious! The chicken was nice and crispy and there were a mixture of pieces.
To: Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen ,I needed a meal today to calm my spirit etc. I represented your establishment. I found one employee which served me today at your drive-thru it wasn't pleasant. This hateful or unappreciated employee had a bad mouth problem. I believe if she don't want to be with Popeyes she should be on her way. This is not good for your business people that not interested in their job. And I must say everyone that has long hair or short hair should be wearing a net.
After spending 35 minutes in the drive thru I finally got up to order n had to wait another 10 mins to place my order. I ordered all dark meat 10 PC n 2 large sides. Got home and if got all white meat which my family won't eat so we had sides fir for dinner. I didn't want to go back due to already waiting 45 mins to even order. Maybe management will make this right?? Who knows..
Disappointed in service went to order I was told they could not take my order because they were on shift change never in my life have I heard of a fast food restaurant not taking someone’s order because of shift change… the worker was also rude
While friendly, they forgot half my order, then I ordered mild and got spicy chicken mixed into it. I had to drive back and get the rest of my order, everyone just acted like, whatever we didn't put most your food in the bag. The chicken also was not that great. Then also didn't have some of the sauces.
This is the absolute worst managed restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. I counted 8 visits in a row that we received the wrong food or missing one of the meals we paid for since they opened. Today, we went through the drive-thru, and the lady taking the orders was horribly rude and short-tempered while taking the order, leading me to get frustrated and forgetting to order a drink for my son. When I got to the window, she was just as sour-faced as her voice sounded, and I nicely asked if I could add a drink to the order that I forgot, and she cut me off, said, extremely rudley, "No. No, no, you can't add anything at the window, we are short staffed and only have 2 people working" and proceeded to hand me the drinks I had ordered and closed the window. At least this time we actually got our entire order!And before anyone says, "then just stop going there!", NO. We LIKE the food, we enjoy the flavor alot, and there is no reason we should have to endure being treated rudley and not getting WHAT WE PAID FOR, just to have something that we enjoy and pay our hard earned money to have.And before anyone says to be patient because everyone is short-staffed, I HAVE been patient. This is the first time I've publicly complained, after SO many bad experiences. The fact is, I worked in food-service for 10 years, and it didn't matter if we were short staffed, exhausted, had a headache, or were dealing with significant personal issues, we treated our customers with RESPECT, and used professional customer service skills! That standard is clearly no longer employed anywhere in customer service positions and ESPECIALLY at this Popeye's location. I would like to see a change, either in management, staff, or policy. I would like to see someone actually do what's right, and I am sick of people being allowed to act this way with no consequences. No, I don't want to be compensated with a "Free chicken sandwich on your next visit" coupon, I want to see people disciplined, fired and the entire restaurant be overhauled with people that actually value work ethic and politeness. I'm done with this. It's time we expect more.
