If I could give zero stars i would. We placed an order for delivery and didn't get the order. Called the store and asked about it since it had been 2 hrs since placing the order. The store said they've had our order sitting there for 45 minutes. We asked why it wasn't delivered and they said they didn't see that it was for delivery. Horrible customer service. No one offered to resolve the issue.
I once again never received my order. When i called i was told it was cancelled because the driver could not find our house. I was not called to tell me this. The driver did not call. I was assured i would be refunded my money. If bank does not show by Monday i will contact mznagement again.
Order was ready on time. Order was accurate. Employee was friendly and efficient. Location and ease of using online ordering and the drive through for pick up.
One of my pizzas had inconsistent toppings. It was beef, bell peppers, and onions. There was very little beef, and some slices only had a couple of bits on them.
I have never had an incomplete order. If any item is missing upon delivery the driver ALWAYs goes back to get it and deliver it. I have also never had any issues with ordering large orders or even small ones. Always friendly and helpful when placing an order or answering any questions about the order.
I have tried to call up to the store and complain but no one will answer so I will just say it on here. We ordered our food at 5:56 pm and we didn't get it until 7:08 pm when we ordered our food the time that we were told it would be here is between 35 to 45 mins. We got a text message stating our food was out for delivery at 6:38pm. When I asked the delivery driver why it took so long his response was oh our times changed to 65 mins. This is just horrible customer service. I don't complain often but this is just ridiculous.
2hr wait. By rhe time pizza got to our location. It was like cold left over pizza. Its so sad after talking to the employees to find out where the pizza was. The nice girl tells me that on a saturday night there were only 2 people driving. This country is falling apart when a company can not get more pro active in hiring so that the can full fill there buisness plan. If you can not achieve a minimum level of expectation. Then its better to shut down and regroup after you get reinforcements. Very sad will not be ordering there again
Already left my feedback. I was totally disappointed with service and product.
Our pizzas were only slightly warm. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Specifically, the large pizza were ordered had only 15 pieces of pepperoni. That is ridiculous! The black olives on the medium were few and far between. We were very disappointed. The bread sticks were not hot.
We have had mistakes from this store in the past and they always correct them with remakes. This time the pizza was perfectly made to our order and delivered hot! I would highly recommend Pizza Hut to everyone.
