so I decided to order big box dinner with boneless wings and yall missed up my order. second girl had whole attitude. so wished central texas had better places get some good pizza and wings. will not be back
This is a nice Pizza Hut. Been coming here for over 20 years. Funny story many years ago: I called in an order and went to pick it up in the drive thru. The 1st employee looked in the warmer by the drive thru window, then went in the back to look. I waited several minutes and occasionally saw employees peeking around the corner. (to see if I was still there?) Another employee came & looked in the warmer and then went in the back again. Finally, another employee casually walked up to the warmer, (a few feet away from me) grabbed my order & handed it to me. I was upset at the time for waiting 20 minutes while my order was right there the whole time, but looking back it's kinda funny!
Went thru drive thru for pock up was asked to park after 20 mins.waiting went back to drive thru to check status. No reason for the wait the order was ready.

I love our Pizza Hut. The food is tasty, they are always nice - the ppl who work at this location are happy people
I ordered at 4pm food came at 6:11pm cold and hard.. I bout had enough of pizza hut ? pizza has no cheese and cheese sticks are laughable

I asked that my order be baked well done they were not...chicken was rather tuff.
I will never order from Pizza Hut again. I received a call stating they delivered my food to the wrong house and do I want them to remake it and still deliver it to me. The service there was unbelievable. The staff even caught an attitude when I stated I wanted a refund.
They got my order wrong plus the pizzas were ice cold the bread sticks were hard as rocks then when I called to complain the person got mad I asked to speak to his manager he he states with a smart mouth "Iam the manager " I tell him. The customer is always right then he starts talking crazy to me over the phone never again Will I order pizza from pizza hut on General Bruce Drive big disappointment ...
