Should change the name because it’s nothing like Ms.Kim’s food. Brisket was dry. Greens had zero flavor and the sauce was not great. Sausage and potato salad was good. Service is not with a smile. I pulled up to the front and was asked to move it was for handicapped. Upon very thorough inspection there is not 1 sign that says handicapped. Anywhere! The price for a 2 meat plate was 14.75 (including 2 sides) that’s all I ordered total was $18.41! I look at my receipt and was charged $3 per side AND a .71 service fee! I won’t be back.

The best BBQ I had in TX hands down.. the lady was a Lil rube but at this point I don't even care.. so yess I will be back when ever I need my BBQ fix❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can’t leave any photos because it smelled so good we had to eat. This place was fantastic…we were a group of guys from out of town, and this place smelled great when we walked in the door.They took great care of us in suggesting quantities, and the food was all tasty and tender, maybe the best brisket I’ve ever had.Truly recommend this place and give it five stars!
Didn't order anything because they're not exactly the welcoming committee.Very brash , rude and sharp inhospitable tone.I asked if they took credit cards...they acted like I had asked them for an organ transplant.You're in the hospitality industry Pitstop...so let me remind you , without customers being properly treated , your small business will eventually suffer. As the owner says "they're open 'till 6 or until they run out!"I can see why,,,, the BBQ is awesome.Very moist,,, including the chicken,, the sausage and the ribs are perfection!What amazed me was they also offered Kimchi!! Which weirdly enough now seems a great pairing with the sweet and savory BBQ sauce.We'll most assuredly be back,,, fact is - it's better than Schopes!!!!
If you want a good delicious barbecue sliced beef sandwich this is the place to go if you don't look you'll miss it , but it's a great place to go eat lunch or dinner
Food is great as always but I went I went on today to realize that the sandwich I usually purchase for 5.50 is now 7.50 plus tax making it a 8 dollar sandwich....No thank you. Last visit from us...
Brisket was fantastic. Sides were excellent. I’ll be stopping here again next time I’m in Temple.
