Peggy's Coffee House really makes a legit coffee. Service is basic, but usually friendly. Some of the baristas are still learning and get a little confused about simple coffee drinks, but all in all, it's a place I'll visit regularly.
I just feel like now is the absolute most appropriate time to give my actual favorite Temple coffee shop a review. I love that no matter the staff I always feel comfortable in my skin in Peggy's. I love that my drink is always what I Invision bc I always have a taste in mind and the girls always seem to know a drink that goes well with what I'm craving! I love the owner of Peggy's and his kind smile and always acknowledge every pardon as if they've always been friends. Over all I absolutely love Peggy's
always clean and a place that's always safe for your kids to be taken too and of course Celeste for always checking with customers to make sure they know where their kid's are at
the worst place to get coffee. Celeste is rude. trolls me on Facebook and tiktok. Stay away from this place. Unto Celeste is fired. She is such a terrible woman. She sent me where I lived. She even claimed to know my kids. even though that is completely untrue.
Peggy’s Coffee house isn’t just another shop in the neighborhood. They care about the customers, put time and effort into making what people order, and do the best they can do. I’m glad a small business like this is still around, and hope and pray they stay for a very long time. Whether it’s a coffee, a butterbeer, or a hot chocolate they have something delicious❤️ ☕️ ? nevergiveupyouguysrock?
I was the only other person in line. 1 older gentleman in front of me, I was in a bit of a rush and waited about 5 mins while the barista flirted with this gentleman right in front of me. Didn’t even acknowledge me or say give me 1 moment. They just went on about their conversation and I just walked away and didn’t even get spoken to.. I was 5 feet away fro her.. lady with red hair.
Wife got the pińa colada smoothie and it was really delicious! They serve death wish coffee and I really enjoyed my nitro brew. Good place to get coffee while out and about
As my family and I were placing our orders, we asked the guy (very heavy set) if the apple cider can come cold. He said "yes". We completed our order, paid, and waited to be called. When my son recieved his apple cider it was hot. My son explained what he ordered, the guy spoke to the woman who made it, then came back and said it could only be iced. (It wasn't even iced) I stepped in to remind him of the conversation when we ordered. He said he told us "that it could not be cold that it could only be iced". That conversation never took place. The only answer he gave us was "yes". The woman then came over to say that there was nothing that could be done. That she could make another drink and discount it 10 percent. We said no thank you. We left.We received what we did not order and paid for it. We were told that it could be made cold. This establishment did not correct their mistake, lied about it, then treated us awful. The woman treated returning customers with so much attitude that we will not return again. With Black rifle coffee, Dutch brothers, the healthy place, and so many other coffee/beverage cafés, you would think Peggy's would strive to keep their customers satisfied. One last thing, they were not busy. One customer before us and one customer after us. There are no excuses to have been treated the way we were treated.Update: the response is not accurate. The young man at the front has been there for months. The other employee that was there new of the situation immediately and was very rude, as if we were trying to get a free drink. We just wanted our order corrected. Because of how rude this lady was, it did affect my other past experiences with this establishment.
Love going to Peggy’s, always great coffee and smoothies. If we are in the mall we always have to stop in and grab a drink, absolutely the best in town.
