So I am writing this review in total disgust I ordered a medium ultimate tonight what I received is what I call a small with little toppings most uncooked the crust appears to be pre-made frozen type you find in a supermarket I also ordered the bread sticks which was lacking over all I can sat I'll be getting pizza elsewhere from now on digorno is better by far compared to this garbage this was not worth $31.00 plus
I love papa Johns but last night totally surprised me…employees took my money then proceeded to give my $50 back because they “ don’t take bills over $20” I think it’s very stupid and low of them to not state that when placing your order over the phone. They told me that’s always been a rule but I have never heard of it and I’ve been eating there for years. I really think they should do a better job of informing you instead of wasting your time.
Lazy staff. Don’t offer drive up if they don’t plan on moving and claim you’re busy if I could see you standing around
Frequent customer. My son loves your cheese sticks. For whatever reason the last order we received they tasted very off and the dipping sauce cups were smashed into the cheese sticks.
My family has enjoyed papas pizza for many years. Today was different. It took an hour plus to receive the pizza, very slow and quality was poor as the result. Cold pizza, mushy dough under solidified toppings and cheese. If the driver had some car trouble, he should have called manager, or, replaced pizzas.
01/13/2022. The new Brooklyn Style Pie by Papa Johns is fraudulent every way possible. Go ahead and spend $15 on a large and find out for yourself. You call and try to speak to the manager hoping to make it better and your call goes across the pond to a person who is rude and questions you like WW2. Go to Dominos on 31st and they will do it right. Papa went down hill and hit rock bottom when they bought him out. You get 1 star that's all because I see no zero option
Took an hour to get it so I told the driver I did not want it. If I want a pizza that has been sitting around for thirty minutes I will go get Little Ceasars.
Hour and 45 minutes for two pizzas. Came by Doordash not papajohns for some reason. Didn't ring doorbell and was sitting outside I January for 4 minutes before app said it was delivered....
If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Employee sneezed into her shirt with her bare hand covering her shirt with no gloves on and then proceeded to handle the pizzas out of the oven cutting them and boxing them and then sneezed again into her shirt with her hand over her shirt right where all the pizzas are and doesn’t wash her hands once. When it was mentioned she had an attitude about having to wash her hands. She also was not wearing a mask. I don’t normally leave reviews but this needs to be known about this location.
Its funny reading people's complaints about the food they received. Well, at least you received something! Still looking around my yard for Order Number: 915319501. They say it was delivered.
