I love their soup, but today I also got a salad . It was not fresh, lettuce had brown places all around the edges. I thought, for some reason, their salads were made fresh, if anyone made this salad in the last week, they should surely be able to see the brown edges. Also, they gave me maybe a tsp of salad dressing. How was that supposed to even cover a salad? Wont be going to get the salad ever again. If you say you have fresh food, make sure its fresh, and don't skimp on the salad dressing, for almost $14.00 I expect a lot more.
Wonderful fresh and clean
First time ever visiting Panera Bread. Decided to grab a quick bite while my mother was having surgery. Barbara's compassion and kind words were exactly what I needed on this day! The food was delicious but Barbara's service was top notch. I will be back!
I have never been to Panera Bread company before. However I had 2 gift cards so we decidedly to try it. I placed my order on the APP, chose curbside pickup. Arrived at the store checked it. The app stated about a 10 minute wait to get our order. Ten minutes came and went, no response. Checked in again, and I was sent an immediate text message saying the order was delayed. Ok, fine waited a few more minutes another text message saying my order was ready. Ok, so we waited 10 more minutes passed nobody ever came out. Finally tired of waiting in the car, I went in the store and asked the clerks at the register. Where would I pickup my curbside order. The gentleman tells me "OH we will bring those out to you" so he goes to check. He heads to the curbside rapid pickup order area. Retrieved my order which had been sitting in a bag on a counter for who knows how long. I mean on the plus side the food itself was fine but the service was not what I would expect.
Ordered drive thru at 505 pm on 1/22/22 - asian salad and cup thai soup and when I got home to see the bag the soup is missing! Very dissatisfied, make sure you check your bag and triple check if they gave you everything!! It was not even that busy, empty parking lot!
Very good food, could have heated it hotter (I'd rather cool it down than wish it warmer). Good counter staff, patient, listeners. Quick turnaround, fresh taste! Definitely recommend
Delicious sandwiches they made . Our order were Mediterranean sandwich and barbecue chicken sandwiches. Both were yummy . The stuff are really very polite .
Very expensive. The bread is tough and hard to chew. The soup is fantastic. Coffee is fresh and hot. Atmosphere is easy to have conversations in, not a lot of noise.
Very disappointed- called the phone number for the store this morning to stop by at 7 am on our way off 35, recording said “we are open 6-9”. If you are going to have a message and - if the store will be closed for the holiday or have altered hours please change your message. Will not be coming in for a while!!
My friend and I meet here almost every month. It's a great place to linger over tea and awesome bagels. The staff is really great.
