Teriyaki chicken was burnt. And most of the food was not replaced in a timely manner. Slow wait staff. Please replenish food promptly and stop horsing around with coworkers. And please give give customers adequate and equal portions of food

They were out of everything wanted to order. When I got my plate from the window, opened and it was all just stopped in there. The teriyaki chicken had zero flavor, they gave me the wrong shrimp, the beef and broccoli was all broccoli, the noodles were bland, and the large Sprite was all carbonated water with a ZERO hint of Sprite. This was the first time I tried this particular restaurant. I will not go back to this one.

Done going to this location. They are always out of practically everything. Their delivery wasn't working today, but we were told they had all of the menu items; only to get there and have a selection of 3 things to choose from after a 15 minute wait. Calling ahead clearly doesn't work. Just close this location, honestly.

I rarely write reviews, but the last several attempts to actually order at this particular location have been pretty hilarious. Supply shortages happen, we all get it, but this location literally has had multiple times where only a single menu item is available and will regularly close down during operating business hours. Additionally, the staff seems to suffer from extremely poor morale as I'm sure they are regularly brow beaten for mistakes of extremely poor management. I love Panda, my wife loves Panda and I'm sure if you're reading this, you love Panda, but this location needs to be mercifully put down around back like Ol 'Yeller. Save the headache and go elsewhere.

It's Panda, but the drive through line is almost always long in the evening. And the menu is now quite limited. There's nothing I'm sure the location can do about this, but it's not the same as it was even last year. The service was friendly and the food as expected. But some of my personal favorites have been taken off menu, so as long as you like the basic Panda menu you'll still get most of the classics.

Customer service was great that’s the only reason they get three stars. The food was not worthy of one star. First time EVER being to Panda Express and it’s the last time. Reason 3559373 why I don’t frequently visit corporate or franchises. Lo mein was literally like eating sauce less spaghetti. Absolute no flavoring. Only thing that had flavoring was the pepper steak. Super hero of the dish? The hot mustard I used to make it enjoyable. Good job to the crew there but those higher in command need to enhance the menu. Portions were good. Everything is good but the food. Which really matters in this case….

Sundays are busy. Usually most of the day. However most of the issues I'm going to address happen every single visit. From the friendliness of the employees to no food ready to always out of items there is always something to not enjoy. I have not ever been to this location and not have one of those 3 things happen. If you're lucky you might get a trifecta. Starting in the lineup the first to get through is whether or not there is food ready, after picking your entree and passing your food through 2 other employees who then will randomly stack your plate on top of someone else's and then not know which one is yours is a fun game to play. Getting to the checkout and having the employee ring you up and you try telling them twice you'd like to order a drink for them to just tell you well I already rang up your food. So I guess only random people get drinks. Ask for a straw, soy sauce or napkins and it's a gamble. Today none of the listed was available. All in all its like rolling dice. You get what you get.

4 times out of 5 they don't have the item that you want and have to cook it. Often times if it's just under 2 hours before close they will tell you that they are out for the night. The employees are generally nice and the food always tastes good. Portions are ok but if you go later in the day you run the risk of not really getting what you want or having to go somewhere else.

I don’t understand how places like this stay open! Seriously! Just because it’s a corporate chain?? Today the food was just plain out gross. Beef and broccoli isn’t dry, it has a brown sauce. The noodles are still raw and stiff. Who owns this place? You should be ashamed of yourself. We won’t be eating here ever again!! Just wow!!!! No sauce!!! Tastes burnt. I also ordered 2 orders of rangoons, didn’t even get those. The soy packages are the best thing you’ll get here. Stay away!! Serve the community you build your business in, or just close the doors. Robbing people with a half smile on your faces. Not even friendly service.

I placed an order through the drive-thru. upon pulling up the gentleman let me know that they were out of half the menu items for the night. I asked why and he said because they were about to close, but they were still open for another hour or so. I ordered two 3 entrée plates. when I got home I realized that the third entrée was missing from both plates and that the items I ordered were not even correct or quality. one plate was supposed to be half rice half noodles and come with orange chicken, Kung pow chicken, and an eggroll. that box only contained noodles and a ton of Kong pow chicken that was burnt, there was no orange chicken or eggroll. The second plate was supposed to have noodles, Beijing beef, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. the shrimp was burnt as well as the noodles and there was only two or three pieces of Beijing beef. and that plate was missing the orange chicken. I am extremely unsatisfied I would like my money back.
