Your staff and manager should brush up on your TABC since y'all seem to of forgotten the signs of intoxication.My friend and I had an appetizer and a full meal, sat there for over an hour, didn't have any alcohol before arriving and preceded to get "cut off" after having a single glass of SWEET RED wine and a single shot.Server was wonderful though seemed super new but attentive and caring.
We came in as a family of 5 waiting to be seated. When first arriving it was packed at the entrance but they informed us it was a 20 minute wait. In less time than stated we were greated seated and served. The appetizers were out In less than a few minutes and the entrées came right after. The waiter was polite fast and very attentive even doe he had a few tables going. Best service we have had and it was so clean inside. We are visiting from Dallas but wish we stayed closer. Hands down the best olive garden we have been too. Right off the highway too.
The staff at the front was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. The manager was very sweetI sat at the bar and was ignored by the bartender for over 4 minutes. Bar top was very dirty. Glasses everywhere. One other person at the bar. He didn't even greet nor look at me. 30-60-30 is a great practice for good bartenders. He is definitely lacking.
I have visited this location about 2 times so far and everytime has been always a pleasant trip. The staff there is very friendly and cater to what ever you need. The food is delicious and usually come to the table at a reasonable time. I highly recommend if your in need of some endless breadsticks or just pasta in general make a stop to this local olive garden you won't regret it.
Always fresh salad. Highly recommend the Tour of Italy because it's a sample of the three staples of Italian food.
Between the pleasant environment, friendly and attentive staff, and the good food I always leave this olive garden very pleased with my dining experience! We always asks to be seated on Kristin's section because we very much appreciate her attention to detail and her amazing ability to always, without fail, anticipate our needs! And in my opinion, having such a courteous and thoughtful server is most often the one thing that can cause a dining experience that is just good, to go from good to EXCELLENT! All of those reasons why we are always very thankful for Kristin. Next time your there ask for Kristin, all the staff is attentive and helpful, but you WILL NOT regret making the small request to sit in Kristin's section. The food is always good, and I'm always pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food arrived. All in all, with the ongoing level cleanliness the restaurant maintains, food that is always delightful and prompt not you mention very reasonably priced, and a staff that seems to really enjoy making sure you enjoy your meal, and because of all these things I don't hesitate to say this is one of the best olive garden locations that I have ever been to.
Service is good, food is meh. Honestly, the best thing was the salad and bread sticks. I had chicken Marsala and it was way overdone to the point the chicken tasted dry and salty. The pasta was sticky and had no flavor. This used to be my favorite dish here. I can see why Olive Garden is struggling. Gave 2 stars because service was good.
The Temple Olive Garden has wonderful employees and the same great food we know and love, with some improvements. The dipping sauce for breadsticks is now unlimited, which was an excellent decision. If the breadsticks are unlimited, the sauce, though you pay extra, should last as long as the breadsticks! The unlimited soup and salad are excellent choices, and the soups, especially my favorite minestrone, are high in fiber and protein but low calorie. The cheese ravioli is also delicious, but very rich. I can't eat that and breadsticks--it has to be one or the other. Sometimes I have to ask them to stir the soup pot first because the vegetables will settle and you get mostly noodles, but today's was perfect. Our server, Danielle, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, adding olives, sprinkling the alfredo with parsley, and providing water with lemons and no ice. If you stick with what the chain does well, the pasta, you will have an enjoyable meal!
Delicious food always. Server was very attentive and kind. Every meal I have eaten at Olive Garden is always delicious! We got seated almost right away since it was just party of three. We usually go as a party of 6 or more and it takes longer to be seated. I only regret not taking photos of our delicious calamari appetizer and lunch meals!/:
The food is excellent! But let’s talk about our service! The staff worked TOGETHER I am blown away on how our waiter, Stephon, was so attentive and an excellent communicator. He made sure we were taken care of and was also on the look out for the tables around us (not his tables; hence team work) Hats off to the management and staff at this location. Seems like everyone was on the same page and wanted to work together. Such a wonderful experience considering good customer service seems difficult now a days.
