Thank goodness they were open Memorial Day. Thanks for being open! The pizza was delicious - lots of yummy cheese, and fresh toppings. For my drink, I made a sweet tea with lemonade concoction, with a dash of unsweet tea. It was perfect! Will definitely return. Great customer service as well. My son has trouble communicating, and one of the employees was so so patient with him. That goes a super long way with us. Thanks so much. Will see you soon.
Went in at 130 for lunch today - stood in line for almost 7 minutes and was not greeted by anyone, even though there was a worker standing right in front of us doing on line orders. We ended up leaving and going next door. We expected at least a greeting of some kind, like "Hi, I will be with you in a minute". I am going to stop referring people to this location. Every time someone comes in and asks where a great place to eat is, I say Mod Pizza but not after today
Pizza's pretty good. Seems to be a high turnover in staff. It's reflects the core values of the company and cleanliness of the restaurant. Corporate do better.
This place overcharged me. Then on duty manager took forever to address my issue. Then she wanted to fully refund me and the re-ring up the order creating two charges that will take 2-3 days for one to refund, and 2-3 days to charge and clear. Only if they’d pay attention then this issue would’ve happened. I’ll take the $2.75 loss to keep from having two charges hanging out there. Too bad. I really did enjoy eating here.
Great pizza! I love the low carb cauliflower crust. Tonight, I received excellent customer service from Madison! While my pizza was cooking she noticed that somehow a hole got in the middle of my pizza. Instead of acting like she didn’t see the issue she came right over to me, apologized and said my pizza would have to be remade. She said the hole wasn’t really noticeable, however she didn’t want to give me a subpar product! She remade my order and it was absolutely delicious! More food establishments need workers like Madison!
I love that the possibilities are endless here. I can get my own personal pizza with all the toppings I want. Everyone in the family enjoys choosing their own pizzas here.
Every time I go the pizza is on point. Demi and Lindsey are always there and make sure I have the best customer service. Keep up the great work y’all. I will always go back.
Mod Pizza never fails to please. I took a few pics of the sunset as my grandson and I were eating on the back patio during a nice warm February day for his birthday.
I ordered a pizza online about an hour and a half ahead of time, and when I picked it up, large parts of the pizza were bare and did not have sauce or cheese and all of the toppings were just dumped in the middle of the pizza, with none on the edges. I understand they're busy, but does it take that long to evenly distribute the ingredients? I was excited to try them, since theyre the only pizza place I know of that has vegan options, but I won't be coming back. The parts that had toppings and cheese and sauce were nice, but sadly most of the pizza didn't have all of those at once or was just bare. I'll stick to frozen vegan pizzas.
Great pizza at a very reasonable price. You choose the crust you want and then build your own. All the toppings you want for one price. I had an 11” loaded and drink and it was 12 bucks. They also have a few that are their take on pizzas if you don’t want to build your own. VERY quick to order and cook. I think this is a great idea. Only negative I have is drink cups are small but they have free refills.
