This McDonalds was short staffed, as is everyone everywhere these days. There were only 3 employees when we came in. Our family is large and we are used to the wait so we were not bothered. They gave a great hustle and even the manager was cooking in the kitchen. Especially pleasing was that I ordered one cheeseburger-no bun. Most restaurants forget the cheese. These guys did not. Hands down, this is the best McDonalds staff we have seen in a long time. Their teamwork and customer service was amazing. Fantastic hustle!
This McDonald's is usually ok. But alot of times the frappe machines are broke. Employees have a terrible attitude. Don't care about customers at all. Was asked to pull up to the third window while 5 cars went around me. All I ordered was big Mac meal. Then when they finally brought my food no napkins or condiments, or straws . And because it's the third window they just through u the food then rush away back behind the counter without asking or even looking at me to see if it's right or if I need anything else so I had to get out of my car and go inside to get my stuff that I needed.which defeats the point of the drive through. If I wanted to get out my car I would have just walked inside to begin with.
The wait time to receive food at the McDonald's today was absolutely terrible. When I did get to the window to get my food the young lady that was servicing me told me that I would have to wait in additional 5 minutes because they were short of staff, and they had doordash orders as in addition to people waiting on them inside the McDonald's. This annoyed me greatly because I had already waited more than the normal amount of time in the line just to get to the window because they were moving so slow. The young woman rolled her eyes continuously as I was talking with her and when I did manage to get my food, she not only forgot to give me a straw for the drink but, she didn't even ask me if I wanted condiments for my meal. The customer service at this location was dissappointing.
We stopped by for a quick lunch before heading back to Austin, Texas. We were absolutely impressed with Shelina! She was an absolute delight! She greeted us warmly and told us about the specials, which we ended up ordering thanks to her. She brought us our food and asked if we need anything else. I was very impressed with the customer service her and her team had, a gentleman came and asked if we needed anything as well. I live in Austin and the service at any McDonald’s in the Austin area doesn’t compare to the Service and friendliness we experienced today! I told her I’d write a review and I meant it. I especially do it when an employee goes above and beyond and she certainly did. A little friendliness goes a long way! Great job Shelina and team!! I was impressed!
Always stop at this location on my way home or passing on the way somewhere. Stopped by this morning and it took a minute to order (lady had to change out battery to her headset...I understand that). Finally ordered and they had to restart the mocha machine (I understand that) so had to pull up and wait. Waited for a bit and finally got my Hot Mocha! Manager bought it out to me and even took care of my Christmas Pie for me! ? Thank you guys for service and communication well done!
Robert, the manager on duty, made a fun work environment, was very pleasant, and ensure our food was to standard.“Promote ahead of peers” is what I would say to his manager.My opinion of McDonalds has decreased over the years, but if it wasn’t for their breakfast, I would have stopped going. I came here just missing breakfast and was impressed by the pride taken in Robert’s team.
My husband pulls up at 10:57 with breakfast menu on the screen, we order breakfast, mid order, they change the menu and say they aren’t serving breakfast any more. Breakfast is supposed to be offered until 11, changing the menu after we start ordering doesn’t mean you suddenly ran out of breakfast food. We asked, “don’t y’all serve breakfast until 11?” They said yes, so we asked again if we could get breakfast. They said they weren’t offering it anymore for the day. We decided to leave, really poor customer service. Every time we go to McDonalds we’re reminded why we don’t go to McDonald’s much anymore. It’s not the food, it’s just always bad service, it’s just not worth it.
I waited in my car for twenty minutes for one happy meal after I checked in on the app. I had to go inside to ask about my order which was just sitting on the counter. When I asked what happened the employees just shrugged their shoulders and said idk. Horrible experience and coustermer service
This McDonalds is a complete disaster. I’ve waited at least 20 minutes the last two times I tried to do a curbside order. The management is a joke and makes up random excuses and does nothing about when you bring their slowness up to them. The last time we told them our curbside orders take too long, the manager said she was too busy to handle it. Don’t ever stop here. McDonald’s can be bad, but this is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. How can it take so long here but not anywhere else?
The orders was all messed up. Asked for burgers with no mustard, they didn't put nothing on it. Asked for it to be fixed, lady at the window was very rude, told us to pull up while they fixed another plain burger. Daughter finally got out to see what was taking so long she was told to go back to the car, when she finally came she had a attitude. Never again. Such rudeness is not accepted
