Dumpster juice! Everytime I have to stop here it's always a hassle to get what I ordered. Wait is long, order is always wrong, and they think I'm lying so the wait is even longer to correct. Had 1 kids meal and 2 burgers on an order and had to be corrected twice, 3rd time was the charm. And to be fair this is the night shift I haven't been during the day in a while. Was told to wait at the last window but I had to call the phone because you can't go in and the one line they open out of the 2 is super long just to say hey you forgot about me. Oh ps I ordered online before I got there and the wait was still 45min +
Fast service , fries were hot & tasty . However the quarter pounder was a lot smaller than the one I had at this establishment last week& pattie was little hard like it had been sitting to longer
Mostly quick service but the last 2 times I’ve come, I’ve waited in the drive through anywhere from 30-40 minutes. The cars are at the kiosk waiting for their order to be taken for 5-10 minutes at a time. And once I’m in line, there’s no way to back out and get out.
Y'all really need to close at night if you don't have the man power to deal with the demand because the wait and service is getting ridiculous. 45min to an hour wait on one McDouble! That is unacceptable and it's not the employees fault is yours! The owners of this location! For shame on you for forcing these workers to deal with such harsh conditions! I and many others will be reporting what we've experienced at this location to the BBB and the TWC!
Been here for 20 min. First had to wait for iced tea, then they tried to give me the wrong order, then they forgot my drinks, then they gave me a frappe instead of a mocha. Worst experience I’ve ever had here. Not coming back. On my break, hope I’m not fired.
I ordered a Big Mac meal with no cheese. I was asked to pullover down past the drive thru window after being given my drink. I asked for ketchup as well. When my food arrived, I checked my sandwich and it had cheese. My fries were hot and kept happy and napkins were in the bag. The worker had already gone back inside the restaurant and the dining room was closed. I went to the door with the bag and flagged a worker that was on her break. I explained about my food. I gave her the bag of food and my receipt. When the worker returned with my sandwich, I checked it and it was right but my fries were cold. I then realized they kept the same fries in the bag and took my sandwich out. I told the worker my fries are cold. She then asked me to take my sandwich out of the bag so she could get me more fries. This was unsanitary and un professional. I guess McDonald's is hitting on hard times and must recycle bags. Who knew? Poor food handling in a time of CoVid 19.
Order was correct but super stingy on sauce giving only 1 for a 10pc nugget. Fries were also undercooked and still cold. Otherwise great service for a McDonald's
Once again this restaurant is terrible on all levels. They are so incredibly rude I cannot even begin to explain it. The so-called manager tonight screamed at me for stepping foot inside. I am trying to deliver their orders and they have taken their phone off the hook and we are not allowed to pick up orders through the drive-through. What’s more is we should not have to. Customers have already paid and ordered through the app therefore drivers should not need to go through the drive-through to get it. The manager kept asking me questions and then totally cutting me off and not even letting me answer. These people are hateful most of the time no matter how nice you are to them. I am done.
Chicken nuggets were perfectly done, staff was kind and flexible when I added things at the last minute,l even free water.
The tall bully with the smart mouth is definitely NOT why McDonald’s has been in business for so many decades. I didn’t see a name tag but she was tall dark brown hair I think she had on gland the other two employees working the window followed suit with the ugly, rude and rotten experience.
