Not sure if this is the right location but it's near the freeway in Temple. We decided to order something on the menu that was posted $14.99 but the young man man said his Mgr said that was only for advertisement. He had to charge us like $19.00, we found that weird. But since Jack in the box only had 1 person working and couldn't cook we had to just go with McDonald's and pay the incorrect price. Here is the picture of the menu board, with More Deals...$14.99
Worst experience EVER at ANY McDonald's I have EVER been to! Not only did they try giving us the wrong order, but they messed up EVERYONE in my daughter's vehicle load of 3 passengers'' worth of orders and got me and my boyfriend's order ALL wrong as well and did NOT give us our drinks either in addition to having the lobby closed at 8:00 p m. on a Saturday night! NEVER EVER will go back! Think the ENTIRE staff needs to be replaced, EXCEPT the guy they had trying to bring everyone food to their cars!!!!

Went in to get 2 large sweet teas and they got it wrong. Spoke to a manager and she said co.e by tomorrow and tell them I said I would make it right. Went back following day and told them what the manager said and gave them the managers name and they told me we have no knowledge of it so you will have to pay for them. I don't mind paying for drinks but when you are told just tell them I said I would make it right then you need to follow thru.
Just left and the service was great! I was honestly so surprised with how quick it took and that my food was fresh. It took not even 5 minutes before I got my food, and the nuggets and fries were hot fresh! Even got the right amount of sauce! ???
I loved it there Fry's we're really fresh and they're chicken nuggets were great I guess you could say I'm loving it
Worked here!!! They have the best customer service and is very kind to their coworkers this is a great location work for and food is always accurate and fresh will only go to this location if I ever go back to Texas. I miss them so much never been treated so equally EVER AT A McDonald's franchise. Hated I had to leave but pregnant had to be put on bed rest
This McDonald’s takes forever and the customer service here sucks in the mornings! I don’t understand why the Inside is not yet open??? Also don’t workers here have to wear specific type of shoes while on the clock?saw a girl in morning shift wearing crocs when she came out to bring out someone’s food ????
During this visit the oil used for the fries was clearly in need of changing. It had that old flavor and fries were hot but super soggy. Like oil breakdown due to moisture exposure.
The girls that took my order were very friendly and didn’t rush me while ordering they also got my order right on.the service was fast too. This location is great sucks that it not near my town
