It has been a hit and miss lately. This time the appetizer came out with the meal. The chili that was ordered was hot. The sandwich was ordered with out lettuce and mayonnaise. No lettuce but plenty of mayonnaise. Didn't send the sandwich back cuz we were hunger. At least the appetizer came with the meal and not after. Maybe next time it will be 5 stars.
Everytime I order pickup or delivery from your store, you do not deliver the complete order. A couple weeks ago, a salad...today a bag of chips.I love your food, but I feel like your workers are purposely sabotaging these orders. Guess I need to look through the bag before driving off, but also your workers should be more diligent.
Waited over 40 minutes for lunch. No tables were clean, floor was dirty and sticky. Sandwich was cold. They either need more staff or staff who can work faster.
My girl was very excited to eat a sandwich from McAlisters and she got this now she doesn’t feel good and is feeling nauseous
When we arrived, we came to make sure that it was not busy as we were very hungry. We waited to order our food which we didn’t mind, as there are always lines everywhere pretty much. There was only 2 people in front of us. We ordered our food and sat down and waited. 25 mins later the cashier recognized that we have not yet received our food, apologizes and asures us that our food will be ready soon. Then another young woman comes to us to tell us the same thing. Another 15 minutes goes by and finally our food arrives. I have been to the Killeen location many times, and they’ve proven it does not take 40 minutes to make two sandwiches. People who came way after us got their food before us. I love Mcalister’s, but this location ruined themselves. The lobby also smelled very funky as soon as we walked in, as it it had been moped with dirty water. Never leave bad reviews but this was a very upsetting experience.
Prior to moving to Temple I was never a huge fan of McAlister's Deli; however, my fiance and I decided to go here after Church and it instantly became our favorite place to eat!!! The food is so delicious and always served warm. Staff is a hit or miss, some look like they love their job and others look like they hate it so your service just depends on who is working that day. With this being said, we have always been treated well. I highly recommend this specific McAlister's !
We had a great experience here. Super friendly staff and nice facility. We will be back when ever in the area.
I had concerns because of recent reviews, but we ate there Sunday (dine in). It was really clean and the staff was very courteous. Special shout out to Alyssa for the great customer service. She recommended the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch and it did not disappoint!
What happened to this store? Where did the old manager go and can we get him back? We used to eat here once a week, and sometimes twice! The service and food are seriously lacking since the move to the new location. We go maybe once a month now and they still can't get our order right. The only time our order is right is if we eat at the store, but the service is usually terrible so it's just not worth it any more.
Staff was helpful and kind. Food wasn't the best, but it was a Sunday and they were out of a few items. I've been to other McAllister's and had phenomenal experiences, so I think they're just short staffed. Hoping to visit again and have a better experience.
