The employees at this location desperately need help!!! Close the dining room if you can't find workers. I've picked up several door dash orders from this location and half of the time I end up refusing the pick up because I can't wait 30+minutes for someone else's food. The gentleman with the dreads (haven't looked at his name) needs a GIANT RAISE!!!! This man is singlehandedly trying to run this location and it's always him and one other worker only. I watched customers be rude and super annoying to him while in there and all the while he kept his cool and had a smile. Give this guy some HELP, he's trying his absolute best. Kudos to you sir, you get 10 stars and I'm sorry you're having to work in those conditions.
I’m a DoorDasher, this place needs some serious help they never answer the phone and when I asked about them about bringing the meal out due to it going over the order time, the guy who answer the call said “you f’ing people” out loud while still on the phone. I ended my dash and wanted to get the name of the guy who answered the phone at 10:29pm on April 17 and he hung up in my face multiple times after that. I’ll be calling corporate because no dasher/customer should have to wait for the long lines and this isn’t the first bad review on this topic. Either find a solution or loose customers because this isn’t a good look.McDonald’s has it where you pull up into lanes and dial them to bring it out idk just a suggestion.btw dashers get paid through tips and we have time frames on when deliveries need to be made if we go over that time we lose money and our acceptance rate goes down drastically isn’t fair and very unprofessional.
Very slow service. Both in ordering and receiving food. Typical jack, never enough labor to keep the wait time down. It took almost 30 minutes after ordering to actually get our food. I'll never understand why dine in has to wait over drive through customers.
This location is hit or miss some days you are in line for 40+ minutes and it has high curbs so you are stuck. Staff standing around 1 person working 5 chatting and it just isn't worth it. Others you are in and out. 100% a management problem no leadership
It's unfortunate that all of the Jack in the box locations in this area suck! They almost never get the food right! Nine times out of 10 there will be something missing! And 40 to 50% of the time your order is completely wrong down to the actual way that they put the sandwiches together as if who's cooking in the back doesn't know any of the simple recipes! This review is not just for this Jack in the box but for all of the Jack in the boxes in the temple and Belton area!
Very slow to get food here and the location inside was pretty dirty, this location definitely needs attention and some more staff in general. The food was good when it arrived, but it took forever. Avoid this location until the issues are actually addressed here.
They seriously mess up my order everytime I come. I ask for tacos with no lettuce and they add lettuce. I ask for two tacos, they give me one. WITH lettuce. I ask for a sausage burrito and they give me a bacon one. It’s honestly really frustrating and I’ve worked in fast food alot of my life so i understand the troubles of it all but missing simple instructions all the time is annoying.
Very terrible food!!! you should never go to such a place, waste of money!!! the worst fast food place to go anywhere in in the US!!! My standards are very low and they cannot meet them. The spicy and regular chicken sandwich taste like cardboard and they beef sandwich was sooo bland the lettuce that comes with it had the most flavor smh McDonald's looks like a 2 star restaurant compared to Jack in the box and we all know McDonald's quality!!!!
It’s hard to hire good quality workers during this crazy times. The employees running this location are the definition of “you gotta work with what you have”, gentleman at he front counter is just ghetto and disrespectful, there’s no other way to say it.
Good food. A little slow in the drive through but could have been a picky person up there somewhere. Overall it was ok. I would eat there again.
