The first time I placed a mobile order the website said it was put through and they took my money. I get there, and the whole place is closed. I contacted them through the website and heard nothing back about it at all. I’ve tried a couple of times since then at night anywhere from 1:30am-3am because I work at night and it’s always closed even if there’s people inside, the people don’t even acknowledge you they just run and hide until you go away. Both locations in temple don’t stay open 24 hours like what their hours say online and on the drive thru window, I double checked. Management acts like they care in review responses, but if you did then how come it’s still happening?
My visit here was great. The food was Hot and exactly how I ordered it.The staff was really nice, outgoing and made sure my order was made the way I requested it.The cleanliness of the outside was exceptionally good.I will definitely visit here again.
Online says they are open 24 hours a day, but they actually are closing at 2am. Several nurses put in orders right before 2am, not knowing that they close at that time. When our designated person to pick up our food arrived at 0215, he was met by a worker who informed him that they were closed and had not fulfilled our orders. BUT......all our cards were charged for the food we ordered (4 separate orders). He was told that if we wanted a refund, we would have to come back in the morning to talk to management.Absolutely ridiculous that they continue to take online orders up to 0200 if they close at that time and won't fulfill the orders. Additionally, if your don't fulfill the order, you should reverse the charges automatically versus me having to take additional time to come up to the store to ask for a refund.
I honestly was shocked... the food was ok, but the restuarant was disgusting. The floor was so greasy that we slid on the floor, there was dry food on the wall and on the window. When we arrived there was an employee sitting on a trashcan right next to the door smoking. There were at least three managers or possibly even higher position people sitting in the lobby at tables the entire time we were there. The floor mat was warped and sticking up on all the corners to the point that I tripped on it. There was trash under the trash can in the lobby. Outside there was spilled trash and a trail of old liquid where someone had obviously dragged a load of leaking trash. There was trash in the drive thru as well. It was so dirty it made me question whether or not to allow my son to eat his meal.
This Place let us sit in the drive thru like 15mins before taking our order. Then tells us to come to the window and we get to the window and was like I cant hear but Would you like. Then says I just want to get your order right and behind us was like 5 cars and still let them at the speaker and they haven't even ordered... The worker has on a red shirt I assume she's a Manager but she didnt know what I was ordering she has red hair. This very Unprofessional and I would hate to see this place leave because of this kind of customer service.....
I’m a JITB fan but I’ve just driven to both Temple locations to no avail because the hours listed, on both locations’ Google pages, say Open 24 Hours. But guess what? Neither are. That’s a quick fix, guys.
It's unfortunate that all of the Jack in the box locations in this area suck! They almost never get the food right! Nine times out of 10 there will be something missing! And 40 to 50% of the time your order is completely wrong down to the actual way that they put the sandwiches together as if who's cooking in the back doesn't know any of the simple recipes! This review is not just for this Jack in the box but for all of the Jack in the boxes in the temple and Belton area!
Today is March 11,2022. I never had issues with ordering food late at this location. I’ve gone 3xs in the last few weeks& I guess after 11pm you can’t order at the speaker & you can only have “doordash” get your food? Just putting it out there, this location will not take drivethru order after 11pm; even though it’s a 24 hr location
Thank you guys for being the Jack we all need. I know sometimes things get crazy there but you guys rock none the less. Thanks for the jumbo Jack's and the sourdough sandwiches! They are pretty good.
The girl at the window was nice but whoever was behind her when she accidentally dropped my tacos she picked them up off the floor and was going to throw them away and get me new ones and I couldn't help but hear the other girl say did he see you drop them. Well I was going to eat the tacos anyway but the window girl gote fresh ones.that made me happy ?
