Two stars almost seems to high. There was three of us dining for bunch. One was a simple cheeseburger veggies on the side. That was made correct except for the cold fries. The second was turkey, avocado melt. Requested it on regular toast instead of the multi grain bread. They had to remake it. The three order was strawberry and cream crepes. The menu says it comes with four. We only received two. It was so runny from the glaze it ran off the plate. Had to ask twice for silverware and multiple times for napkins. Forget about drink refills.

We don't eat out a lot, but I could definitely tell that they had a staff shortage. Not as clean as I usually would like a restaurant to be, but tolerable. Our server was a true miracle worker. It seemed as if he took care of half of the whole restaurant, yet friendly and helpful and moving fast. The food was good, and the portions large.

They take really really long to take ur order and to bring drinks .... they also kept forgetting to give us stuff we would ask for.... we came in first then these other people and they got their stuff before us how??? They girl even took our order first . Idk not so great it was my first time at this ihop the food is good but service not really.. They took so long we were there waiting for almost about an hr on our food

My husband and I will not be returning to this IHOP ever. I’ve been here twice. Long story short first visit food took extremely to long so we left without eating. Second visit food was terrible(nobody wants a luke warm/border line cold omelette)the steak in my omelette was over cooked and rubbery… just terrible. You can tell nothing is cook to order here. Oh and my coffee tasted watered down. Left the second time without eating also??

Not worth 2 stars. But the waitress tried. They need a new cook. Bacon was supposed to not be cooked to the point of being hard. It was VERY crispy. Whites of the egg under cooked, we did send those back and the returned way OVER cooked. French toast were soggy. Very disappointed.

I don’t understand why a business (IHOP) offers a service to its customers and does not fulfill them. Why commit if you are going to fail. I ordered online and the website offer me curbside pickup so I proceeded. I then got a text with a link to follow instructions which I did. Upon arrival, I received a text about my food being on the way. So I waited and waited and waited. I then called the number under spot #2 but no answer. So I stepped inside and kindly requested for my pickup. My order was just standing there bagged in a kitchen counter getting cold. To finish up my day I come home to find my order was incomplete SMH. Everyone was busy in there I understand but they are the least liable.

After taking our order, it took almost 45 minutes to get our food back to us for only two people. Not only was our food a little cold, but even the orange juice they gave us tasted disgusting and watered down. The waffles and pancakes were dry and overcooked. When we asked a question to our waiter, she acted frustrated and annoyed when she responded. No manager in sight! Restaurant is also messy.

The food order took well over 30 minutes, and all came out cold, so had to return both orders, which made eating a lot longer. Recommendation: Keep a manager on pass that knows how to operate it, someone that knows how to keep orders going by table and out to table in proper time. This prevents cold food when delivered. One more thing, don't use stale or old bread, customers can tell, I couldn't put a fork thru it.

Tables were dirty when they set us down. Asked to moved to another table that table was dirty. Floor has trash on it. Took 5 min before anyone came and took our order. The waitress had to bust her own tables she was overwhelmed. Manager should of been out helping.
