Food look good but lack of seasoning. We got the birria tacos and quesadillas. Won't be back because of the bad customer service. The lady that took our order have us wait until she decided to finally take the order. She was either tired, obligated or over this day. She had an attitude. First and last time coming here, not wort the drive. Prices on Google are not up to date either.

Awesome is the only way to describe the food. All of the dishes are fantastic. Best food truck In Central Texas guaranteed!! Hell maybe all of Texas IMO!! Won't disappoint!! If you haven't tried it I suggest it's the next place you try!!

So I'll go ahead and say it: absolutely the best birria in Temple/Belton/Killeen/Ft Hood area and I've tried them all. She has generous portions that's flavorful and absolutely worth the 25 min drive from Killeen to eat here.
Haven't been there yet but I'm ready to try the buffet 40 cops that are usually when the cops are there other than the getting someone arrested they usually know where the good spots are to eat they have nothing better to do
Absolutely wonderful. I have been on the hunt for great tacos in Temple and I have now found it. If you haven’t been here, I recommend going. The pickled onions were an absolute delight to add onto these tacos and really added something special. Will be back!!!

These are the best tacos here!Berria Quesadilla comes with soup and fixings. This dish was oh so juicy cheesy good! And it was not a small Quesadilla.I also ordered the gordita with carnitas. This is all made from scratch! You won't regret ordering it. The outside was crispy yet moist and didn't fall apart.Estellas food truck not only won our bellies, but our hearts as well. She makes you feel welcomed and her food definitely comforts you having you leave very happy and full. You won't regret coming to Estellas. We definitely will be back for more!
best tacos in Bell County, hands down, and I’ve tried most of them. Estella was at 4.9 up until a week or two ago. Google should delete the troll reviews...they’re probably all from a jealous (and less excellent) competitor.
My brothers introduced me to Estella’s when I was visiting town last year. These are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had, and I meet here with my brothers anytime I’m in town.
