I ordered through GrubHub. Two burritos, a bowl, and a quesadilla. One of the burritos was missing from the delivery. We tried to contact the store and your phone system locks people into an automated system that’s impossible to speak to an actual person. I finally was able to bypass it and spoke with a girl who said we could come pick it up, call GrubHub and ask them to redeliver, and get a free one on our next visit. None of which helped the situation. We order through GrubHub as a convenience. I paid almost $85 for the convenience. Why should I need to go pick up the order or call GrubHub and ask them to redeliver when it was Chipotles screw up? I can either pay for the gas to get to the other side of town or tip a driver a second time to deliver? How does that make sense? I have loved Chipotle in the past but the lack of customer service in this situation has really turned me off.

Just left this location… young lady dishing up the meats out right lied. I asked about the fajita meat. She said we are out. I asked none coming out? She said no. I asked for the whole night? She said yes. Then by the time we get to the register, a fresh tray was brought out. Little blonde girl needs training in customer service because she has none

Worst experience ever! 9pm with an entire hour left before closing. Out of basic ingredients such as salsa and guacamole. No discount or compensation either. Skimpy scoops of meat as well. You could tell the staff did not want to make more of anything and was just trying to make it until closing time on what they had. Poor customer service on their part. Girl seemed irritated that I called my fiancé to ask what she wanted to do about the missing items as she was on a keto diet and already foregoing the rice and salad. That said, 9 bucks for two small scoops of chicken and a little bit of cheese and sour cream was nuts. I was so put off that I decided not to get anything for myself despite the fact that I don’t eat the items they were out of. I won’t give more money to a business who can’t put forth an effort to provide decent service!!

Horrible experience. Tried to send a complaint but the page kept giving me an error. Anyway the new plant base meat I ordered was almost gone....I was given ½ of what my husband got with sofrias he ordered. There was no onions and peppers mix...we are vegetarian so we really need everything we can get to add flavor to the dish. They were very skimpy on the toppings had to ask to have more added of almost everything we had added to our bowl. We were really looking forward to trying the new plant-based chorizo very disappointed we didn't get to really try it. I won't be going back

Came here tonight and they were literally out of everything except chicken, steak and rice. So disappointing! And on top of everything they still charged full price for the blandest meal I have ever paid for. Online orders were getting priority with the “available” toppings/ingredients. Seriously the worst experience I’ve had with this restaurant.

The meat had enough salt in it to choke a horse… I had to pick out the chicken just to eat the rest, they are cooking the meat until it’s reduced out of its juices and it concentrates the intense seasonings…y’all don’t know how to cook…01/01/22 blech

If I can give this place a zero star I would. Over charge us for food we did not get. Even when we told them and counted the tacos Megan still didn’t care. It was so hard to hear them when they talked. And one woman could not fit on a little taco a little bit guacamole so she charge me a big side of it like really. So over charge completely 12 dollars and our tab was 90 dollars. And they said no nothing was wrong. The food was cold and way over spiced. But would not recommend this place to anyone ever take your money else where for something better. They were even out of ingredients and was all oh we don’t cook. This place needs to be shut down.

First would like to say I love Chipotle and we do not often go by one so I was excited to take my family to pick some up on our way home. Our meal was in disarray. We received build your own kids tacos with no spoon or fork for scooping beans. No napkins at all. My tacos were tossed in a container and nearly impossible to eat as there was steak and guacamole everywhere. My girls ordered cheese quesadillas and received tortilla with shredded cheese inside. They could not have been warmed up at all. They were still cold. Very disappointing. I could see they were busy but I would rather have waited longer and received a better product.

This review makes me sad I love chipotle, I love burritos. I ate here three years ago and it was delicious and I would eat here all the time then I moved and moved back and came to have me a giant yummy burrito…. This was the smallest most pathetic burrito I have ever had. I want to give constructive Criticism but it was a such a pathetic burrito. Please do better! It wasn’t me it was you. Fix it fix all of it. Regardless of your feelings about covid it has made life hard for everybody and small burritos make life worse not better :(

I drove all the way and walked in at 12:15 just to be completely astonished at the awful customer service provided by the chipotle.I waited in their line and when I got to the front and asked for white rice, the girl said “we don’t have white rice, your only option is brown.” I was so confused when hearing her say that because normally, chipotle employees will give you a time estimate is which something is ready or tell you that they are working on it, but no, she rudely dismissed my order. Then I asked if they were out of anything else and she said, “yes we’re out of queso, do you want the brown rice or not.” At that point my mind was blown. So I asked, “It’s only 12? Are you guys out everything for the rest of the day or??” Cause I didn’t mind waiting. I drove 30 minutes to get here, I didn’t mind moving to the back and waiting until they had stuff cooked and I wouldn’t have complained. But no. She puffed in irritation and responded with. “No, we’ll eventually make more, but later in the day.” I finely just walked away, and watched others walk away as well because of her attitude.If you can’t show customer service, don’t work it. I’ve been in customer service for 6 years and never seen something as bad as that. Very sad as I wasted so much of my time and gas as a loyal chipotle customer, just to be treated that poorly.
