I give it a 1 star because you can't give it no star. The service person for a pick up order was very rude and had a awful attitude. I waited 30 minutes for my order past the time she said it would be ready. The burger was cold and as hard as a hockey puck and the little hard nubs they call French Fries resembled tooth picks. Don't waste your money and time. This location needs a management change to clean up their poor staff and quality of food. YUCK. No stars.
This location is consistently understaffed and the little staff that is there is severely underpaid! Nine times out of 10 if you order something from this location it's going to arrive way past the estimated time of delivery simply because they are that understaffed or they misplaced the order all together! As far as dine in the wait staff seem very kind and polite but because of them consistently being understaffed due to being underpaid wait times for food and service are outrageous at this location! If it wasn't for the staffs enthusiasm to do their jobs even for the little bit that they are paid I would give this place one star!
I used to like Chili's but past several times it just hasn't been good. I have done curbside which is horrible! The wait is really long. You have a scheduled time and I still waited up to half an hour! Went in recently to eat and it was just bad. The chicken crispers were tough. Fries brown and just soggy. Server never came back even after we finished our meal. I've tried something different each time and none of it was good.
Absolute worst service ever. Here on Feb 25 at 7pm and the 2 young females hostess are making up rules as they go. There have been 5 empty tables, 2 of which that has 9 seats(as many as our party needed) and we have been waiting for over an hour. We asked the hostess why are the tables empty and they said because they are going in order of reservations and not in order of seats per table available. So a party of 2 that has been here as long as we have has to wait until all other party’s are seated although a 2 seat table has been open for just as long. Doesn’t make any sense at all! I have never seen this!
We sat at the bar for a mommy and daddy date night and absolutely loved the bartender, her attentiveness, the drinks were spot on and food was great. Many times we prefer eating in the bar area to AVOID being surrounded by crying and rude kids. Sorry-not sorry...its our mini getaway. :)
Server was friendly but they were so understaffed that we had to wait a long time for refills and our food. The food is the main reason for the star rating though. Everything we ordered was just not all that good. Chili's used to be a good place to go and eat but they have gone down hill I feel.
Been there three times in the past couple months. 2 of the times, we had issues checking out with their digital checkout. We went there with 10 people. One person paid. Waited over 20 mins trying to check out. The previous time, another rand couple paid for our bill and we paid for their bill. So it's not organized and has issues. Food was good and service was great. Please fix these issues or go back to a normal human ringing up the check.
Took 2 hours to recieve my curbside order. Went inside and wished I didn't. Saw the kitchen and was disgusted. Their was a puddle of dirty water sitting in kitchen. Kid with a beard and long hair making food witg no cover. On top of it the lady was unfortunately extremely rude. Despite everything I was patient. Got home to eat and the food was HORRIBLE. Rubbery chicken. Soggy egg roles. Under cooked burger. Stale chips. Flat soda. And they put my food upside in the bag so it was a mess. Idk wth happened there that night but it was wild lol
No avocados. Strawberry lemonade with no strawberries? Waitress was great though clearly overworked and she should get a raise... Haha oh yeah she gets two dollars. I expect better from you Chili's. Will not visit this location again.
