Always gets my order wrong, and God help you if they get your order wrong when the lobby is closed. I had to go through the line twice and they just left me there forever without even asking why I was there. I told the drive thru person that my order was wrong and they said they would take care of it. Well I wasted 30 minutes of my life and they actually took back the incorrect order
I spend a great deal of money on Chick fil a but I will never frequent this store again. First I say no pickle# or cheese and a condement of mayo. Pickles were on the sandwich and no napkins or mayo inside the bag. I used the drive thru with about 9 vehicle ahead of me and there was no way to turn around and fight the traffic to the correct order. Lesson learned...
Truly disappointed with Chick-fil-A. The service from your “team lead,” ‘Hailey’ was disgusting. First, when I pulled up to the drive-thru, I said hello she stared with this annoying expression.. fine I didn't think anything of it, so I decided to tell it what I wanted. She cuts me off and says, “What’s the name for the order.” With the same look on her face, I told her my name. I then proceeded to say to her could I have lettuce on my sandwich, and then she sarcastically replied’s “do you just want the lettuce” I said no, add it to the sandwich, so she said okay and acted annoyed and then said “thanks” so when I get my order, this person had put on my order to take the buns out, so I purposely didn’t have any bun on my sandwich. I’m %99 positive she did that on purpose, and I’ve heard from other people who go to this location that she would roll her eyes at customers and be nasty. Management, this “lead” needs to be Reevaluated just for her safety because one day, someone’s not going to be as lovely, and I’m just going to leave it at that.
If you like to order a mystery surprise bag, stop by this location. It doesn’t matter what you order, they will give you something else! Don’t waste your time.
My anemic, pregnant wife was really craving chic fil a ice. I asked them to please bring out a cup of ice with the food and they remembered. My wife was very happy to see them bring out a third cup. She’s actually crying because it made her night. She wants y’all to know that she really appreciated it lol.
30$ for 2 meals and they were out of fries…. Still charged for them anyway. Y’all have to do better. I praise y’all so much
I LOOOOVE Chic FIL a, unfortunately I went Monday on my way back out of town to work. The young lady at the drive thru was not as friendly as I'm used to ( their excellent service has me spoiled).. and the employees at the window weren't friendly either. I purchased 2 meals of 12 piece nuggets with fries. They did not ask if I wanted any ketchup, sauce or anything else. I received no condiments.. not even a few napkins ??? This location has changed.

20 minutes in drive through line. Got 8 peace grilled chicken for elderly dad. He said never order from there again. I personally have never eaten there,to crowded.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The food is always cold. Your order will be made wrong 4 times out of 5 and the manager will do nothing to correct it.
