Ive heard mixed reviews about Camino Real. And today my son and i decided to give a chance. Must admit the waitress was slow, took her a bit to realize we were there. Got our orders in. But, got my order wrong.. Just brought me 2 extra tacos. Which is perfect.. Bc the food was very good.. Made up for the fact of the service and the happy mistake of extra tacos. Needless to say, ill be back again bc the food is good. I would have gave 5 stars.. But Bc of service i had to take to 4.. Enjoy..
I’ve eaten here twice (dine in and take out) and have been very impressed both times. Camino Real has a lot of plates on their menu and have great prices. The cheese enchiladas are, dare I say, the best I’ve ever had from a restaurant! The barbacoa torta, hamburger, and chicken plobano were also delicious! I can’t wait to try more.There’s also daiquiris served, I definitely recommend paying the extra dollar for a shot of liquor added. I tried the cherry limeade and loved it! You can order with your server at the table and take it to go.
First time to visit. A very clean restaurant. Service ? was very speedy thanks to our server, Leslie.The food was very delicious. Has a large dining area for people to feel comfortable while they are enjoying their lunch and dinner.The cost was average, no as high as some others. Located in a mall behind Dominos pizza. They also have a Drive Thru.
They used to be great, but have went down hill fast. Tonight we ordered our usual and informed them no cilantro and no Pico. Got home the order had Pico and cilantro. Ordered #3 on the menu ( basically fajitas) hardly any meat included. Also ordered refried beans and received charro beans instead.Called back and they did not even offer to replace the meal with cilantro. Pretty sad, this place used to be great.

Great food for a decent price (except individual tacos are kind of expensive) and the drinks are amazing!!!!
I had a wonderful lunch with a friend there. They have very good food orders for all families and friends. It's a good place to gather and enjoy it.
Wonderful little restaurant with great food and service.
Overall very disappointing. While the menudo was absolutely delicious, everything else was of poor quality. I never return to Mexican restaurants that serve tacos with shredded lettuce and tomato chunks. Lastly all of my tortillas were cold and falling apart. I made my own tortillas, gutted the tacos and added cilantro and onion.
This has become our Go-to place for Mexican food in Temple. We really enjoy the food and the drive thru is convenient! Breakfast is good too, very reasonable prices.
