My family and I waited for over thirty minutes for our food from the FIRST time they rang up my card. Then they came out to inform me one of the meals would be a little longer. Another twenty minutes goes by and they come out to inform me that it was going to be a while longer so if I just wanted to be refunded for that meal. After 45 minutes I leave and get home to realize they never refunded my card all they did was CHARGE ME AGAIN only didn't add the meal I wasn't getting. I will never go back. Now I have $70 charged to Bushes chicken on my account when all we got was a 16 piece tender meal with a power aid. Are you kidding me?!?)
Quick fast friendly service. Pulled up and was immediately greeted. So fast the gentleman walked away while I was requesting for some sauce packets and seasoning. Food was hot and fresh but sadly no packets were given for sauce or seasoning. Very disappointed too because I had someone out of town that’s never had Bush’s before so I was trying to give them a full experience. Especially with the new prices y’all should make sure everything is satisfactory for customers. Some tenders were questionably small.
Fast, friendly service, juicy, tender chicken strips, and light, fluffy, fresh rolls! I recommend Bush's baby sauce as well. I tried the corn nuggets for the first time, since I am a fan of all things fried, and the creamed corn inside of the crisp, battered shell was surprisingly satisfying. The double ordering lines cut the wait time down considerably. Just don't plan on turning left out of there during rush hour!
Love this place, of course they have some awesome sweet tea. They just always seem to be out of things.
I made the rookie mistake of pulling up to the window and subsequently got passed up for next in line. BTW, they don't use the drive-up window. The assistant manager then came out to take my order once he discovered that I had been skipped. He was all about customer service and definitely made the situation right. He could teach a thing or two to a couple of other fast food places I've been to recently. This Bush's restaurant and it's assistant manager rate high marks from me!
I’m not a person to complain but you can’t raise prices and give less.Chicken tenders are now the same size as chicken fingers/mozzarella sticks.It’s not okay. I’ve received a 6 piece tender meal and my chicken tenders didn’t even have chicken. Just bread. Get the babies out the kitchen. Please.
I don't know what is going on with the Bush's locations in this area but it's becoming more and more apparent that these stores are 100% fully operated by The Lost boys from Neverland! I don't think I've seen an adult at any of these locations anytime I've come through in the past 6 months to a year and it's really starting to show through the service and quality of food!

Very disappointed. Not the 1st time that this happens. I'm just not the type of person to complain. But this is unacceptable. I just didn't eat after seeing this. Lost my appetite. Not to mention they had only given us a little amount of fries in both family orders.
Line was long and they asked me to pull into the third lane. 25 minutes later everyone in the line has been served and have left. I was still waiting to even get my order taken. Took me calling the restaurant to get their attention enough just to send someone over. If you've got time and don't mind it being wasted then I guess this is the place for you.
