Bushes is going down hill. Small tenders are hardly nuggets. If you like getting sick from dirty burnt grease go ahead I can't eat there anymore without spending the following day in the bathroom. Eat at your own risk.
I love bushes but there is no excuse for the pure laziness of getting an order this simple incorrect. I literally ordered one sweet tea and one tender roll, asked for ketchup and spicy serendipity and couldnt get either of those?! Yall serious?! Guess i have to check the literal SIMPLEST order ever from yall. Get it together your job aint that hard. Smh.
I was charged $9.11 for 2 piece tender meal. I asked the rude guy that took my 20.00 where the rest of my change was. He never answered. I called the store to speak to the manager and that same jerk answered the phone. Not worth the price. Definitely will not go back.
Aside from the lightly/barely seasoned food and the excessive use of ice, not bad for a place that doesn't use intercoms for ordering. VERY fast service for only using four waiters/waitresses and only a pen and paper for ordering. Definitely a different experience.
VERY DISAPPOINTED with today's visit. I ordered the 16 piece tenders w/4 rolls, and A Gallon of Sweet Tea.. Chicken is EXTREMELY DRY. YOU CAN BARELY CHEW IT & BATTER ON IT YOU CANT CHEW, YOU HAVE TO PEEL IT OFF THEN NOT MUCH CHICKEN LEFT TO EAT. IT LOOKS AS IF IT HAS BEEN RE-FRIED FROM AN EARLIER BATCH THAT DIDNT SELL.... I've been buying meals here at least 3 times a month for over 6 years & never had a reason to complain but with the JUMP IN PRICE for 16 small pieces that is mainly BATTER to $24.99 from $17.99 is utterly ridiculously for what little chicken you actually get once the HARD UNEDIBLE BATTER is peeled off is Absolutely Ridiculous .At least the employees are very courteous. I can't believe you raised the price that much, you could tell there were new price tags on the menu board once the vehicle moved out of the way. I didn't look at the board when I ordered because I knew what I wanted but felt bad for the young man who delivered my order when he told me how much my order was.... Even the rolls were a bit tough. I will think twice before going back for awhile unless I hear back from a store Manager or Corporate. I'm on a fixed income and can stretch a single order for 3 meals but now having to spend $90.00 on chicken meals per month is a bit steep.
Out of all the Chicken restaurant's to choose from Bushes is the only to get my Daughter's vote every time.Chicken is fresh and crisp without the grease, rolls are soft and sweet and their gravy is a welcome change from the regular brown gravy.
Came by and Ray was the Man!! He waited on me and my mother he was so funny and had a great personality Just super great guy I will be back to see him that's for sure great customer service, that man gets a ***** 5 star from me
I don't know what is going on with the Bush's locations in this area but it's becoming more and more apparent that these stores are 100% fully operated by The Lost boys from Neverland! I don't think I've seen an adult at any of these locations anytime I've come through in the past 6 months to a year and it's really starting to show through the service and quality of food!
My son and my husband love Bush's. We always get the chicken strips, which are cooked just right, juicy with a crispy breading. I prefer a little more seasoning, but the Bush baby sauce makes up for that. The employees at this location were especially friendly, and there was not a long wait. It was delicious!
Great food and fantastic service every time. The fried liver combo is more than enough for two meals.
