Food was tasty and the bar tenders were friendly but the value, satisfaction per dollar is disappointing. The wings were tiny. The smallest wings I've ever seen. Happy to pay for good sized wings but these were little. Hostess was abysmal. Ran off when I walked in and nothing when I left. You are in the hospitality business. Be hospitable. And 5.25 for 22 oz of beer? Shame on me I guess. I will be back cause I'm a glutton for punishment.

Very disappointing. I usually don’t write reviews but i felt I needed to for this place. My brother and I came here on a Sunday night. We walk in and wait a few minutes for a hostess. She asked us where we like to sit and we told her what ever was easier for them. After we sit down for about five minutes somebody takes our drink order and they tells us they will be back to take our order. It takes them 15 to 20 minutes to come back. They eventually come back take our order and it takes about 30 to 40 Minutes to get our food. I could understand if they were slammed but they were about 20 customers in the entire building. The food was not that great either.

This BWW is always a good experience when dining in. The food tastes amazing and the staff are quick and friendly. However, on the take out side of things, it could be better. Normally picking up food is an awkward wait by the takeout counter where it is cramped with not many places to sit and wait. The bone-in wings are normally bone dry by the time you are given your food but, the boneless seem to taste just as good, had I dined-in. Fries also came stale but i didn't mind too much because the main focus is the wings and appetizers. Speaking of which, the fried pickles are always heavenly. Overall, not bad!

Love going there . Staff is great .

I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and a double burger with fries via Door Dash. When my order arrived I had received a chicken wrap and not a Buffalo chicken sandwich. I called to see if they could make it right. I wasn't angry, just wanted what I paid for. I sat on hold for 13 minutes, when a manager eventually came on the line, I believe she said her name was Crystal she asked what happened and in the beginning of me explaining what was wrong with my order she said nothing, and hung up on me. I've worked in restaurant and retail most of my life so I'm always kind. I know errors occur, I just wanted what I ordered and this is how you treat a repeat customer? Hang up? Why? I wasn't yelling. I contacted Door dash and there was nothing they could do to get ne the correct order. Not that you care but you lost a good customer. That's not good management or classy, do better.

Reason #6547 why I don’t go to franchise or corporate places to eat. But my kid wanted to try this so we did. Sat at a dirty table that took the staff two attempts to finally clean. Menu was dirty and random napkins were left behind. Setting was nice at least and the artifacts were local. Chicken was properly cooked but unfortunately one of my boneless wings had a bone in the middle of it. I tried letting my server know but there was never a two min check back after we got our food and the server was wearing a airpod so most of the time she never responded when we needed something. So I finally gave up and ate what I could. Not to mention a regular size of greasy tater tots cost me around $3.89, nothing special about them. Let’s just say we were ready to get out of there and we won’t ever be returning. Good luck to the business and much respect to the staff just trying to make a living but I don’t see a long future at this place.P.S. I feel as if this might be too honest but if I’m not reviewing how my experience really was, then what’s the point?

Went in today and service was not as usual. Food was cold, no utensils and no ketchup not even packets. I only have an hour for lunch so I had to leave. Wait staff never brought any utensils to the table. Spoke to the manager and she just said she would speak to her. Never offered anything else. Noticed several tables had no utensils.

I have never once come here and not regretted it because of the ridiculous wait times.I tell them my order. A simple order of wings. And for some reason, they make every single order before mine. Other people get their wings on time. I order 30 minutes before getting here, and still wait AT LEAST another 30 minutes, usually an hour, even though wings take a maximum of 6 minutes to deep fry and 10 seconds to toss in sauce.I have worked in MULTIPLE restaurants for years, and I cannot imagine a single reason why any order would take this long. If the wings were frozen and needed to e thawed, then other orders wouldn't be coming out while I wait, the only thing I can possibly think of is that they just mark the order as complete without making it in the back and then continuously put off making it for no good reason, which makes no sense. You'd think that when they see an order placed over an hour ago they'd prioritize it over a walk in customer, but no. Only come here if you've got 1-2 hours of your life to waste, you're alot better off going to Wingstop or wings and things down the road.

Ordered online for pickup. website said we'd need to pickup in 58 minutes. arrived onsite exactly an hour after order was placed. walked up to the counter to collect order as the website had updated to ready to pickup. was told by the young lady working it would be another 45 minutes before our food would be ready. HOW IN THE WORLD does it take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to-go wings. I've been to the Waco location several times and have never been disappointed, but temple left something to be desired. Cancelled my order and left. shame too because i was really craving some bww.

Got a gift card for BWW. Ordered 40 wings total to go. 10 bone in and 20 boneless. All way over cooked. No Buffalo sauce on bone in. Cold as can be. I live 12 mins from there and there was no warmth to any of my food. Fries were like dried up cardboard. Also had no ranch. Receipt said 6 orders of ranch...I was not about to go back. I doctored up the bone in wings with some texas Pete and tapatio ...actually was not to bad that's why the 2 star! I put everything in the oven to heat it up. I'll stick to wingstop
