The food is amazing but all people and owner(Vira) there are mind blowing! We went there for dinner on our trip back from Houston. After making home I realized I forgot my wallet! Chatted with owner who was on vacation at that one but promptly responded! Next day I went back and collected my wallet and everything was in there along with all the cash! Thank you for delicious food and best of all Honest and caring staff. PS: don’t leave the place without trying Pami Puri

This place is a GEM!! The BEST Indian food I ever had in USA!! The menu is easy to navigate and each dish is carefully selected. Each dish is full of freshness and flavors- their Chef is amazing!!Even Indian restaurants from Dallas, Houston, San Antonio can’t match the taste!!

I ordered a $20 chicken plate. It came with no rice and two of the smallest pieces of split chicken breasts I’ve ever seen in my life. My husband ordered lamb and beef meatball curry and it only came with 4 meatballs. $18 for 4 meatballs. Curry wasn’t spicy at all. Plus $32 for a bottle of wine. Our waitress wasn’t attentive at all. We had to get up for extra sauce and our check after giving her plenty of time to come to us. We paid our $90 bill and went down the street to Freddy’s for a burger because I was starving.

This is my favorite place! They have the best food!

THE. BEST.Food is incredible, service is amazing. Drinks are ?.Everything we’ve tried on the menu is delicious, we tried the lunch special today and it was $15 for a huge sampler plate - so fun to try so many different things at once. Will be back ASAP.

This place is top notch! Every dish I’ve had here is fabulous & I can’t wait to come back!?

What a super dinner and we met the Chef Avi and owner Vera. What a super place with very lekker food for anyone who likes spicy Indian food. We will be back!!! Thanks to our waitress Kara for being so patient and accommodating.

If I could give a --5 stars I would. Today, Friday 28, 2022 I went to this place with my mother and were very excited because of an Indian restaurant closer to us. A week prior I researched Indian restaurants in Temple because we were in between appointments at Scott & White hospital and did not wanted to risk going to our beloved CHENNAI CAFE in Round Rock and be late for our 1 p.m. appointment.I diligently read all 83 reviews and only 3 had one star...BIG MISTAKE! I should have paid attention to those 3 reviews with one starI ordered the GOAN PORTUGUESE SEAFOOD CURRY, because I love seafood and I did not care it was the most expensive in the menu, $28.I been to Goa and this dish is not it!It was the blandest, most awful meal I had in a long time at a restaurant. For $28 I got dried, tasteless and overcooked Salmon, rubbery overcooked shrimp (4 shrimps), 6 mussels (I get 32oz mussels for $4.78) which were not mentioned in the menu, 6 pieces of calamari AND NO COD. I asked the waitress where was the cod, cooks told her that since they do not have cod they no longer included in the dish...go figure! To top it all off no rice was included, $2 dollars extra if you want it, and no naam bread nor papadam which are complimentary with your meals at any AUTHENTIC Indian restaurant.Did I mentioned the salmon was dry and tasteless, shrimps rubbery and tasteless, rice was refrigerator cold? The "cooks" placed the above mentioned seafood into a bowl, pour a bland sauce over it and reheated in the microwave.I asked for spicy oil, there was none. I asked for salt because there was none in that "dish". The basmati rice only flavor was cumin seeds. No cardamon or cinnamon, clove. My mother, thankfully, did not wanted to eat there. I would have wasted my money because she would not have eaten such a slop. We spent 3 months in India, from Jaipur, Rajastan, and Delhi to Coimbatore, Goa, Mumbai so we know how delicious Indian food is.This food is for anyone that do not know what real authentic Indian food taste like. It is a shame! Want authentic? Go to Chennai Cafe, a South Indian Restaurant in Round rock. Good prices, real Indian cooks and servers but above all most of the customers are Indian (I bet the owners of Bombay Central, if they are from India, eat at Chennai)...so you know is great and authentic tasting, everything fresh, you get a lot of food (specially if you order the tallies) and the prices are reasonable. Bombay Central Food Wine & Cocktails are giving authentic Indian cuisine a bad reputation, specially if owners are Indian. They should eat the food they are serving to see what an embarrassing slop they are selling.

This was the best Indian cuisine we’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is perfect, quiet space and upscale decor. Great cocktails. Our new favorite place! Thank you!!

This was by far my best experience in an Indian Restaurant. I've had Indian food all over the world, namely in Dubai and this by far was the most flavorful! Will be back. I recommend the Buttery Chicken entree with Texas Naan(Jalapeño bread)
